In order to prevent the false housing market the following needs to be done:
Multiple house owners should not be allowed to purchase homes for moral purposes. Loan takers should not be allowed to take out loans they cannot pay back, all loans above 150k should be illegal to prevent bank crashes, politicians will never do this, they know they make money off of loans that cannot be paid back. Immigrants and foreign nationals should not be allowed to purchase land for security reasons. The world has become more and more secular, the correct response is a restriction of sales to these people who have ruined their countries economically, socially and politically.

The correct financial mpve is pulling all your money from banks right now. There will be a crash somewhere. We are in recession, find the good people they are isolated. Invest in them. Inbedt in something you enjoy. Make it grow. You won't get what you want all the time, but you can make what you want more common.
