But they can also just go to a food pantry. Every town in America has them. You show up and they'll just give you food. Mexicans and blacks do it regularly just to avoid paying for groceries. If you're white and you show up, they'll expect you actually do have issues and be extremely sympathetic.

The protein powder's not cheap up front, but you can live off the cheap carbs while getting the protein you need for the day much less expensive than meat.
