Festivals go year round dude.
You can ride the festival vending train on mainstream events all the way from March - Halloween.
From there you gotta go to special events and some that thrive on cold environments.
Source: I go to fests year round. Even selling grilled cheese for $2 a pop has netted me hundreds of dollars for a few hours of work while sitting on the ground getting fucked up
