>>60556118Genuinely sounds like you realized you were wrong about XRP but assumed they would stick with Chainlink so you would benefit and be able to live with it without having to eat crow to save face but are instead increasingly learning you were just wrong. Why are so many companies tokenizing actual value on Wormhole and there has been ZERO progress on Chainlink to the extent their locked value mirrors the value of a small to medium business? Why are you so obsessedly mad and spamming every thread endlessly? It is linkies and bitcoin maxis always doing this. Why? If you are so secure in your investment why be like this?

>>60556179You are the same dumbass who posted like 40 times in the last thread. You post stories about events from crypto everyone knows about but you just learned about through google like they are alpha that no one else has seen. We have all known and see this. Still Wormhole is being chosen to build out onto and Chainlink is virtually undeveloped since launching their product. You not knowing anything about a project and then googling bad news about it everyone knows but doesn't care about at this point 3 years later the way you do is not a deep argument it is just you showing what a slow newfag you are and how stupid you would need to be to agree with your investment thesis.
>>60556092So the injunction remains in place? Man Torres shit the bed.
This is a good thing, both parties dragging their feet for too long. Xrp is not a security that's what matters. When crypto laws are finalized I bet it will allow institutions to buy xrp in the US, this is already possible internationally and this news will push that to new heights.
>>60556190Hold on we're pumping again let's see if they suppress it again

>>60555644 (OP)I want a real conversation about why the powers that be won't let XRP "breath"? Logically and with out contradictions.
My reason is during the lawsuit, if they let it breath and the price got anywhere close to three digits the government would expect a big payout. If the price stayed suppressed then there wouldn't be the "well....RIPPLE can AFFORD it." argument.
From the perspective of the company I would want the asset to remain undervalued until the all-clear is sounded.
Then and only then would I let it breath.
Only fags and jews try to be funny. Either you are funny or you arent. Don't be a fag and kill yourself if you're a jew.

>>60556245I bought your moms product last night (her pussy)
I think the purchasing of hidden road has influenced this latest news. In my opinion ripple already know they can sell to institutions with that merger, otherwise what's the point. You don't spend 1.25 billion on a whim.

>>60556247Ripple won retard. Paid minor fines on specific transactions that no longer even affect their business. At the beginning they were offered to settle exactly like this but chose to continue even with Brad and Chris attached as individuals in the lawsuit alongside Ripple. They said they would settle if and only if XRP was made a non-security. They got that as a result of the lawsuit. The SEC were seeking 1.2 billion dollars in penalties.

>>60556242>My reason is during the lawsuit, if they let it breathMy reason is that Ripple was buying a lot of XRP during the lawsuit. If you followed Whale Alerts, you could see nonstop daily outflows in 30M batches from exchanges. Ripple stopped reporting their XRP purchases in Q1 2023 because people started noticing. Just look at the picrel, 8.4B in XRP, let's say at an average of .40, equals 21 billion XRP. That’s more than 20% of the total XRP supply and the article is from two years ago, right before Ripple stopped issuing detailed reports. Basically, they used the lawsuit as a smokescreen to suppress XRP and buy it back cheaply. When the XRP supply began to dry up, they nudged the price upward so that 2017 bagholders would sell, allowing them to accumulate more.

>>60556747The SEC were seeking 1.2 billion. They literally said they were offered to settle at the beginning and said they would settle if XRP were acknowledged as being not a security. The SEC refused and so they fought it even though their names were individually attached to the lawsuit alongside Ripple. They got what they said they would pay for and ultimately paid like 10% of what the SEC sought for a specific tranche of old transactions that do not affect their current business and are not offered in this way anymore so are not a problem at all. The SEC acknowleded the case was lawfare and wanted drop the fine to 50M I think but the judge said no because she had already ruled. They got everything they wanted and can continue to sell it unaffected by the ruling. This is absolutely an unequivocal win. Would have been nice if Torres granted the recent settlement agreement but is really a minor point.
>>60557726so... xrp price prediction???
>>60556604It is slow and can't scale and is useless in payments which was the entire point of it and to be even 1/20th as good as XRP it requires you to use shittty centralized L2s. It is trojan horse decentralization that sells you on the L1 prospect but has the built in inevitability of the L2 hell waiting and by the time it builds out you are locked into it. It is also not supply finite and mining absolutely will consolidate in the hands of corporatists just like every natural system across Pareto time does and Black Rock are already messaging how the supply "isn't necessarily fixed." >Thats some nefarious shitI mean, it’s not only Ripple who got cheap XRP, we got cheap XRP too, for years, so I don’t think it’s that nefarious. It just scared away normies who saw the abysmal price action and never even thought about buying or doing any research. It’s not that Ripple wants to rob everyone of their XRP, it’s just that they need all that XRP back for the future. And nobody was forced to sell, I haven’t and hopefully you haven’t either.
>>60557488They don't need to care. The XRP ledger is optimized when price is high and volatility is low. They hold huge amounts and have every incentive to have the price be high to have their treasury be high and cut down operational costs as a percent of business done. As XRP is adopted price becomes a function of use, not speculation. As institutions use it and adopt it, they are all collectively mutually incentivized to have a higher price and will likely build treasury strategies to contribute to this the way Vivo Power and Webus are. No one needs to care about anyone, everyone benefits from the same thing. I do genuinely think Brad and David are good caring guys though for what it's worth insofar as any executive is.

>>60557488>When are they going to price out the retail market? There is not going to be one single moon date.
Instead, there will be multiple stages.
With prolonged crabbing and dumping in between.
Some of retail will buy XRP when we first hit $10.
Only to sell and get recked when we dump down to $6.
The normies that buy in at each stage, will get less profit, and many of them will panic sell during dumps.
That is how they'll price out retail.
It's a time tested and proven strategy.
>Also why in the world would they care about people who own less that 10,000 XRPs? Even 100,000 xrp accounts? Why would they care about the little guy?Because Ripple's masters care: the rulers of this world.
They are going to enslave the world, and they want as few people as possible, in a position to oppose them.
The longer they drag things on with crabbing and dumping, the more people sell.
And the bagholders that are left, become more bitter, disillusioned, demoralized, and tired.
Of the group that survive and become rich, most will have no desire, willpower, or energy left to threaten the ruling class's power.
There will be an extremely small group of XRP bagholders that, become rich and try to use that wealth against our rulers.
But they want that group as small as possible.
For the record, I won't be in that group.
I'm more of a "I will not comply" and breakaway from civilization to live independently, kind of guy.
The second reason they care, is because the cult that rules over us, absolutely loves and are obsessed with humiliation rituals.
They do them all the time.
To each other, and to people below them.
They do not want to see someone succeed without one.
Especially when they had to go through them.
Sadistic and vile people.

It makes it taste more like yogurt, and less like kefir,

Combine:
2 tablespoons of Kefir grains
1 quart of organic half and half
2 tablespoons of one of the following (sugar; inulin; or potato starch)
Use a jar with a loose lid; like a mason jar lid without the ring.

>>60558439They will pay what they always said they would if given the clarity of XRP as not a security which is a huge win for them and instant boon to their entire business. You do not understand court proceedings or the legal process. It was a somewhat split baby ruling but the courts ruled that not only were secondary sales not violations but clarified how they can sell legally that the token itself was not a security and had Ripple and its executives who were personally named stand as the vanguard setting the legal framework and protection for the entire space and world against the establishment. That alone would be worth the original 1.2B the SEC wanted vs. if they had lost on secondary sales or did not receive the in dicta ruling on the token not being a security (something no other token except for BTC and XRP has).
>>60558552Your petulant undeserved use of wojak/rage comics to try to artificially color your context of argument doesn't have the effect you hope and really just shows how insecurely desperate and predetermined to think one way you are. I feel bad for you for having to live this way as a person.
>>60558439>>60558605Should add the SEC were literally inventing words. Multiple versions of "crypto asset security" etc. with no legal definition and were struck down, strung out to last day of submission, were considered to be acting in bad allegiance to the law by the judge etc. projecting trying to kill crypto. Ripple didn't just clarify XRP. It gave a legal framework to everyone to use for their own tokens if necessary, especially clearing the way for secondary sales in such context and tokens themselves not being securities without ICOs (which Ethereum had but for some reason is not scrutinized over and gets a free pass thus far which I hope expires and the world would be better and more secure if it did).

Here's the biggest factor for XRP, it's the only crypto that's been in the crosshairs of the SEC. They've both been battling in court for years now, and Ripple is winning. To be this ignorant or naive about XRP not being bigger than it appears is very silly. XRP is clearly being suppressed, and once it takes off all these other cryptos will get analyzed or reviewed, then they will most likely be haulted, while XRP is free. Your ego is getting the better of you if you think XRP won't gain way more from this, than all the other cryptos that aren't being attacked by the SEC.

Reminder that Tangem is the best wallet on the market.
No battery, no extra complicated screen or device, no wires, no firmware updates. ELS6+ security. Cheap. Slim and Minimalist.
Uses a phone app but cant transact without your physical hardware card and the unique passcode.
Extravod is buying XRP again at these level because he lost all his XRP.
I remember some guy in here saying Vod was trying to lie to everyone and fake them out because he was worried that people think he has alot of XRP. But yet here he still is making videos saying hes still buying XRP.
>>60561397I'll buy several of them once I own my own home.
The fact that you need at least one of the copies of the card, or your crypto is inaccessible by you forever, is a dual edged sword.
Not really comfortable trying to hide these in an apartment.
At some point in the future, there will probably be a false flag where most people's hot wallets get drained of all their crypto, due to quantum computing and A.I. advancing far enough to figure out passwords.
They'll blame it on muh terrorists, Russia, Iran, or China.
But it'll be Western governments and corporations stealing from us.
At some point, cold wallets like Tangem, that require something physical, will be the only safe way to keep your crypto from getting stolen; no mater how long and complex your passwords are.
This will probably happen after they replace our currency with CBDCs and stablecoins (Brentonwoods 2.0)
After they get most people used to using Tangem cards, and other physical cold wallets, they'll have lots of high profile physical thefts in the news.
This will scare people, and then bam!
They start pushing injectable microchip cold wallets.
Eventually, they outlaw any other type of wallet, beside the injected kind, for our "safety".
You won't be able to buy or sell, without the Mark of The Beast.
>>60561467>The fact that you need at least one of the copies of the card, or your crypto is inaccessible by you forever, is a dual edged sword. You can also choose to setup using a seed phrase and that means you can import the seed phrase into any other wallet for recovery purposes.
Put one copy of the card in your wallet and then hide the other copy in a book or under the floor or tape it somewhere unreachable normally. There are many ways you can hide it, its basically a credit card that can be hidden anywhere. Give it to your mom, hide in your parents house. Put it in a safe deposit box. Anything can be done.
Nobody can use it without the passcode you made anyway.

Dont worry about stuff like that. An asteroid could come and wipe us all out too. But if you worry about that your will be frozen and do nothing in life.
Quantum Computers require absolute zero temps to run without lots of errors. So they will only be operated by state or institutional funded organizations. If another state started stealing funds from crypto wallets it would initiate a military response against them. Basically a hot war would start.

>>60561487>You can also choose to setup using a seed phrase and that means you can import the seed phrase into any other wallet for recovery purposes. You can't do that in tangem without it being entered directly into the mobile app which isn't as secure as the keys being generated on the card. Trezor solves that problem by having a second screen. Stop buying meme wallets.
>>60561522>You can't do that in tangem without it being entered directly into the mobile app which isn't as secure as the keys being generated on the card. Trezor solves that problem by having a second screen. Stop buying meme wallets. Zero wallets have been hacked to date. You are worrying about a non issue.
Its pointless to worry about something like that which has never happened once.
When you generate your tangem with a seed phrase they show you the seed and you write it down. When you use the recovery feature using a seed phrase you dont even have to type in the full word. Just a few letters of it and then select the correct word from a list.
Or you can use another wallet type for recovery.

XRP dumps or crabs.
Bitcoin pumps?
XRP pumps by half.
Almost all pumps and dumps go back to equilibrium.
The eternal crab.
Until it doesn't.
It pumped out of nowhere back in November, for no good reason.
When XRP moons, it will do the same.
Suddenly, and on a day no one expects, because it's a highly manipulated asset.
So only invest if you're okay with holding this for somewhere between 1 day and the next 5 years.
XRP will probably go to $20 sometime this year.
When the SEC agrees to drop their appeal and Judge Torres agrees to them dropping it.
Or when ISO20022 goes live on July 14th.
Or when ISO20022 coexistence phase ends and all banks must be fully using the new system in late November.
Or when the Genius (stablecoin) bill gets signed into law.
Or when the broader crypto market infrastructure law gets signed into law.
All of which should happen sometime this year.
But this shit has been delayed so many times over the years, so who the fuck knows?
If XRP goes to 2 digits this year, we'll crash back down to 1 digit afterwards.
Then painfully crab sideways for months or years.
Then go to 3 digits sometime between next year and 2030.
