Here's some advice everyone on this board will hate hearing:
> get a (remote) job - it's extremely important to have mobility for the next point
> live as cheaply as humanly possible for your situation - whether that's living with parents, siblings, friends, etc. - if none of those works, then find a property you can win in some type of auction somewhere, and use the cash you saved up from your job to get said property
> you can also try the duplex strategy, live in one unit and rent out the other and have the renter pay your mortgage

Don't worry about investments and startups until later down the line.
