Why did the Chainlink cult get so mad last week
when I asked how their product was different from buying on metamask?
Anonymous (ID: jobX/xeb) No.60564226 >>60564259 >>60564343 >>60567456
i guess the answer here was that the main difference is you get raped on fees

if someone really cared about using credit card onchain, how is this better than buying via meta wallet from the user end?

what benefit do they get?

and why does it make you so mad to answer
Anonymous (ID: jobX/xeb) No.60564230 >>60564691
also - is this product broken or something?

i'm asking because they just advertising all of last week that it was in use and that 3 billion people were lining up to use it

but then we see no one using it... what gives here?

because being a loud, arrogant midwit is irritating

a major payment processeor being pluged into the world of decentralized finance is exciting

please post your CC details here and I will buy coins for you. Sure, some bad actors might fuck up your life but usually it works flawlessly! Or are untrusted third parties fucking up your life an acceptable risk from your perspective?

(fuck mastercard btw)

Pretty sure the $200m in token dumps to fund the partnership for a $109 ROI makes it a leading chainlink product

>a major payment processeor being pluged into the world of decentralized finance is exciting

is it?

>please post your CC details here and I will buy coins for you

hahahahhahaha it's one of the debate kids from last week

man you are thick.... again, slowly, bro this already exists with metamask. the insinuation you are trying to make that it's equivalent to posting cc details here is a joke. every single day people use it to buy crypto

why do you keep pretending it doesn't exist? and how is chainlink's solution different?

Yes and most chainlink staff are 23 year old zoomer girls with bachelors in marketing

The second Adem stops posting about Chainlink, I will sell all my LINK.

I mean the Mastercard guy literally spells it out for you.

This Chainlink/Mastercard system is fully on chain.
Metamask isn't, it uses centralized custodial services like Moonpay.

if you dont see the difference youre maximum 115 IQ
the current level of fees do not matter
its the pipe that was laid
they can adjust the fees, but its the infra with mastercard
if you know how credit works (literally less than 10k people in the world do and I'm one) you will realize that the fees are irrelevant.
credit is where +90% of the worlds currency creation (and control) come from.
these are the fuucks that create money through prommisory notes.
What this points to, is more of this >>60564241
large institutions controlling crypto
but throuugh chainlink
there are two options in this space
LINK
or true decentralization (via XMR or other similar projects)

pisses me off that jeets are all involved
im pretty sure this is done intentionally becauuse they are too stupid to see what LINK will become

>lamo I have to get and refine oil to make it work?
>dude you need roads?

I'm not sure you have enough grey matter to understand concepts larger than what is required to graduate highschool.

If you think you do then prove it for everyone by answering the following:

>why do we need bitcoin?
>it's just an expensive ledger
>we already have companies that do it better, faster, and cheaper

you can ask chatGPT that's fine. I just want to make sure you can argue in good faith.

how is this different for the user?

the reason i ask is that chainlink just spent a full week and millions of dollars advertising that they bringing 3 billion people in who previously couldn't access crypto

which of course is a giant lie, hence no one using this

lmfao
the market disagrees

i hate to break it to you, but your ominous writeups just don't work anymore
it's like you're stuck in the shill pattern from last cycle, but there's 10 million altcoins doing the same thing

people have been asking chainlink direct questions for years, and you guys dance around the answer, always alluding to some big secret in the background

this doesn't work anymore fishy

whoever came up with the tactic to talk shit to your investors was a bad choice as well
the feigned arrogance approach is beyond cringe
it's like the chainlink marketing department watched glengarry movie one time too many

More options is good. Less friction is good. For crypto as a whole, this product is at worst a small win. For Linkies it might be a win based on if it catches on or not, and if not it's only a single product to add to the moat. For fuddies however? Big fucking L no matter what way you go. Look how much you seethe and fume over this recent development. Actual rabid cult behavior. You need help, clearly.

THIS IS STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR CHAINLINK LABS. HYPE A PRODUCT ENDLESSLY FOR WEEKS ON END, SAYING HOW MUCH VALUE IT WILL UNLOCK, HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO USE IT ETC. PRODUCT LAUNCHES. THEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE PRODUCT BECOME SPARSELY USED
SEE: CCIP
HOW MANY MILLIONS WERE DUMPED INTO THIS FEATURE? HOW MUCH TIME WAS SPENT SHILLING IT FOR YEARS ON END. IT FINALLY HITS GA AND IT ENDS UP DOING LESS REVENUE THAN A TYPICAL KIOSK AT YOUR LOCAL MALL

The same people who pay BTC and ETH fees for transfers instead of virtually zero fees for bank transfers.
There are no centralized shortcuts with this setup, it's all onchain.

That's why integrating this entire backend is as easy as adding an image to your webpage. See pic.

how is this less friction lol theres like 6 people taking a cut and the fees are outrageous

> For Linkies it might be a win based on if it catches on or not, and if not it's only a single product to add to the moat

i dont see how a dead product is a win

also lol @ "moat"... the moat is filled with shit

> Look how much you seethe and fume

i'm not mad at all, it was the reverse actually

you're enraged that someone pointed out the obvious
