Because smart people buy Solana. The sexy piece for smart people.
Anonymous (ID: E3Nwh9TH) No.60564889 >>60564912
pretty sure it's because xstocks (a tokenized stock platform) just went live on sol. desu i think the pump is speculation and not actual adoption but i havent seen any other sol news so i assume it's this.

All the Backed.Fi products (whether its the ones on ETH or the new xStocks ones on SOL) are all of questionable legality and super low liquidity.

Look at them bubbling, it's hilarious. Solana is the future of finance. Everything will be on Solana because it's fast, because the fees are cheap, because it's reliable. Because it's sexy. I want to party at a Solana party, not at an ETH party or worse, a Bitcoin party with disgusting maxis. Chainlink ? What is i t? I don't know.

You do realize these products are all on Arbitrum too and were on ETH first for *years* and no one used them, right? No one, not a single real investor, is going to trust a <$100M custodian with tokenized equities, until a real, major corporation issues them (as they have treasuries) this is a nothingburger.

Chainlink should migrate to Solana, it's sexier. Why stay on Vitalik's crappy chain?

based. I think we could launch a Sexlana memecoin. It would be successful.

xStocks is *traded* on Kraken, it's a collection of tokenized equities on Solana and Arbitrum you idiot. Kraken does not issue them, BackedFi does, all Kraken did was enter into a controversial (and likely harmful, considering it damaged their reputation with any early users of Ink) partnership with them. Here's the TVL of BackedFi over the last 2 years, look at all the interest in their business!

No one trusts BackedFi and no one is going to use their tokens, this whole thing is of questionable legality and BackedFi just blanket banning Americans from their interface doesn't absolve them of that question.

Sol is a healthy coin in its core, reacting well to bullish news and attracting a lot of investors and young, trendy developers.

I bought at $115 and didn't sell at ATH, I bought more during the tariff crisis. Before I was in BTC. I estimate that it could go to at least $500 but I think that will freak ETH out at some point. It's becoming quite obvious that ETH is outdated.
