for 3 years straight now we have heard worse than 2008 style gfc coming in just 2, two more weeks
its getting tiresome
but for all the reasons to expect a depression, some are more legit than others
but the quote reason here, that good stocks with massive cashflow making gains is bad because garbage stocks arent keeping up is the absolute most retarded argument you can come up with
thats crash imminent because you dont want to sell your winners to buys losing laggards

but if thats still not enough here is a technical reason what that historical chart is garbage: stock buybacks
that alone wipes out your entire thesis of crash incoming

they could stop printing and start burning it , it wouldnt change the fact that the economy sucks, money creation or destruction is not an economy its just a tool, its a hammer. You flood the market with hammers and think some shit is gonna get nailed. The real money printer is population growth so you have more retards to sell shit to. It all depends, there are a million ways to create gdp, britian sold drugs to china. If you make something that never breaks it never needs to be replaced, etc.. Efficiency is actually terrible for the "economy" the only cure is cultural, not a technical one. >>60566075

True and real. You had to be a colossal faggot in 1928 to even think about owning a stock. Now your employer has a 401k/tsp ready to go, and if you want even more exposure you can download an app and throw your entire bank account in there in 5 minutes.
From there it's pretty simple, any retard will see that their bank account is going to give them 0.000001% apy so they might as well chuck everything into the s&p500 since stonks go up. And everyone is trained to be afraid of hyperinflation, so might as well let your store of wealth follow the hyperinflation instead of holding dollars.

>1. Sell The News

If something is good, it wont be long before it's bad.
If something is happening, nothing is happening.
If it seems like a sure thing, the opposite will happen.

Its because capitalism is broken in a 1930s way but doesn't NEED to necessarily mean a crash it just means the top tech companies utilized their resources to get all the top talent buy competitors and make the inventions. Shit Google even has a quantum computing company and robotaxis.

BTW I think if China was leading the world in tech they would be possibly even worse, the internet is covered by Baidu, BABA is all the ecommerce and Tencent for gaming. Pretty much it.

Fiat grift requires continued and ongoing debasement to function, Jay the Faggot will do a Volcker, and by that of course I mean manipulate inflation and money stock statistics to paint a rosier picture than reality, actual inflation has been 5-10% per annum since the '80s, as evidentiary by the price of everything from hamburgers to houses. The only thing that would stay the oligarchy's hand away from further debasement is a mass secessio plebis, but workers have shown time and time again that as long as they have their goyslop and their blue cat people fucking whales in IMAX they'll happily take it up the ass. Never forget what debasement is: a parasitic transfer of resources from income earners to oligarchs via asset inflation

I’ve watched crypto assets bleed out 80–90% in real time repeatedly. After a few cycles, the emotional response is gone. A halving of equity valuations is a gift. Market nukes? Cool, I just get more for cheap. If the S&P retraces to 2,000, I’ll keep accumulating. I’ll be filthy rich off the same panic everyone else ran from.

Conviction in what you own is the hardest part. The fear-mongering is for tourists.

Boomers are all retiring now and in the process of having to sell their large portfolios due to mandatory distributions.
Boomers are also sitting on all time high real-estate asset values.
These are all normal and not systematically concerning legs that could all fall out from under a table that nukes equity market valuations in a manner that will rival the great depression.
I'm bullish about equity valuations continuing to rise, and if they fall just keep throwing your cash at it until you have no more cash left, better yet take a reverse mortgage on the equity that you still ( hopefully ) have on your property and buy the market, then go out and sell your blood and extra kidney and put that as well into the market!
And if it keeps dropping start to ask your friends and family to borrow money from them, call in your favors, sell all your assets ( at discount to get the cash ) and throw it all at the equity market!

They still had a balance sheet limit after 2008 and monetary expansion was still driven by the systemic credit kite, that’s why they needed to ZIRP and QE for a decade. Scamdemic allowed a successful pivot to bond-interest driven monetary expansion

Seems obviously untrue that prices have more than 4x'd on everything since the mid 2000s, zoomzoom.

So you're not wrong. The market is totally fake and gay. However there's no rule requiring markets to be rational. So I'm just going with momentum.

This is just the best reply. Their is money to be made when you're holding the right assets like BTC, SOL, A47 and many others instead of whining around hoping to see the market crash

Smoothbrain, you clearly didn’t live through the 90s. Houses cost $100k and the McDouble was a dollar menu item in 2000

They're autistic, they don't really get that. As is Warren Buffett. He still thinks we're in a pre Keynesian/pre QE values and fundamentals based investing economy. We are well beyond that. It's clown money and speculation. Stay diversified into gold/crypto and other safe harbors but cash will get megafucked in any kind of crash or recession.

The McDouble was also a dollar menu item in 2014, which means inflation was 0% for 14 years.

As long as they have to. You'll have to drag them crying, screaming, shitting, and pissing into a healthy correction, and even when it happens, they'll stoke violence whilst they try to consolidate the ruins under their control.
