The key point here is *think*. No algorithm can predict the highs or lows, that (calculating cycle top) is only my guesses based off the pieces of the puzzle I can see, which is not much. Algorithms can predict up, and down. That being said I think anyone selling under 140K is a huge giant pussy and I think the probability is very high that it will reach at least that (140K is the absolute minimum I have in mind).
