Retard do not buy a condo in some goyslop walkable city you fucking retard. You need to buy like 50 acres at least somewhere away from niggers, my suggestion would be Oklahoma. You can live near a city like stillwater that is 87% white and like maybe 6% niggers. The rest are natives who are harmless. Believe me you'll want to be as self sufficient as possible in the coming years. Love

The point of a whole house is that you have a higher value asset, but not so your buying Veblen, that it has enough lot to make it so you can take your subwoofer up to 11 and run around naked in your yard without people.

ain’t that the truth

I’m trying to calculate what I spent my money on and yeah I bought a few big ticket items and even lent some money out but other than that I feel like I didn’t spend as much as did, it feels like I’m $2k shy of where I should be

Now I understand why people say even a million isn’t anything these days

I spent 130k cash buying an acre of land, then doing a well and septic and electric pole. I put a modular home on it and I'm still 100k in the hole for the 4bed 3bath 2000 Sq ft house. It's crazy how fast it goes. I cleared the land myself and put the driveway in myself too and it's still crazy how fast it went.

just going by the big ticket items

A ticket to Europe for the month of August
A new laptop
I gave my brother a thousand dollars for his wedding
I lent one of my childhood friends $500
I blew $2500 staying at fancy hotel for six nights while getting a hooker
I bought an expensive bottle of Japanese whiskey for $300

other than this I also spent a lot of money ordering food in and taking random Ubers everywhere

Its best to write it all out autistically, break it down more that was a rough idea. Obviously some weeks you spend more or less, factor that in. But it also forces you to think more about the splurges, if I have a run of weeks where I am well under budget it's easier to justify throwing money at a shitcoin or buying something frivolous. Even that rough budget simply smoking less weed and spending less on food puts you well below the s&p avg return, so you could in theory live off that forver.
I would work out your numbers, keep a few years living expenses and invest the rest. Pretty much where I am now. Only I would suggest you be very conservative with your investing at least then first 5 or so years just to really understand markets and not get fucked. We all lost money on our way up, if I started with $400k I would have lost a lot more and doubt I would have handled it.

You have to separate incidental spending from consistent monthly expenses to get an idea of how much you normally spend each month. Use that to figure out how much money you need for a specific amount of time. Then you can go a step further and figure out your budget after accounting for the occasional fun stuff.
$450k is honestly jack shit. If that was all I had, I'd put it all in an S&P 500 ETF (or actually 70% in BTC) and keep working for at least the next 10 years.

He should buy a house and rent it out for 1,250 dollars and live spending no more than 14,000 a year. He'd be nigga rich and also put his savings in crypto so he hide monies from the government. Then move to a state that gives health care to poor people for free.

I would do this but i'm in Australia and the property would get burned down on average 10 times in 50 years.

Going rural is just not worth the insurance costs + the amount of bullshit you have to put up with with fire weather conditions destroying your shit every 5-10 years

You're being peak retard and making the stupid poor people assumption that since you have the money you can spend it. Which you can't because you're a poorfag and you have no means of generating this again.

>Lending money to friends

Peak poorfag behavior. Do you actually expect to be repaid? If so, shit assumption. If not, it's just free money and he's going to come for more.

>Hotel and hooker

Like seriously this is how you could live if you made $450k a YEAR. Else you don't have this.

Instead, drop this shit into a brokerage account, invest it in VTI or other low fee index fund. You can withdraw maybe $20k-$30k a year from this for the rest of your life, maybe more later as it grows, but that'll make however you were living before way better forever.

Or be a poor faggot and blow it on shit using a monkey brain that says you should spend it since you have it

>Oklahoma has a higher violent crime rate than even California
While California and Oklahoma both experience high crime rates, Oklahoma does not have a higher violent crime rate than California overall. California's violent crime rate, which includes offenses like rape, aggravated assault, and robbery, is higher than Oklahoma's, according to Al Jazeera. Oklahoma has a higher homicide rate than California, but this is just one component of the overall violent crime picture.
