as others said, never short. you were taken in by the forum catalog... sad. Look at funding rates and see how often theyre in shorts' favor. almost never. Look how long bear markets last compared to bullcrab markets.
Just never short. Especially since the maximum you can leverage over is 99%. Since bitcoin is never going to 0, that means the max you can get is 50-75% gains * leverage. Now compare that to the upside of longing. Hundreds or thousands of %. Would you rather sit underwater long or short? If youre under it's best to be long. The graph shows this.
