CSW is the alcoholic genius inventor of BitCoin, Satoshi Nakamodo. You see, in the early days of the ledger CSW was unjustly targeted by the reptilians via their trained attack dogs: the Australian Tax Authorities. Because Craig is cursed with a photographic memory, he could never forget the private keys for every wallet he ever generated. Being a man who believes in the LAW, if Craig could access the BitCoin he would be compelled to surrender what the LAW has ruled in his case. But the amount he would owe is over half of the Satoshi stash and that many BitCoin in the hands of the ATA would ruin the BitCoin expierement. His solution to this conundrum was to remain in a constant state of alcoholic stupor thus blocking his perfect recall of his many private keys.
This explains all the inconsistencies in his testimony; he has lived the past 15 years in a state or near constant inebriation.
Note that he did briefly sober up to sign keys in front of Gavin Andresen in 2016.
