You can find them on Ico drops and in Telegram groups, X etc. Each airdrop is different but roughly: you will convert your SOL into another staking coins let's say fragsol which will earn you a yield + points, normally the platform does it for you. On the day of the airdrop you receive x number of coins depending on the number of points accumulated. Right now I'm on Fragmetrics for example.
