Yeah it's brutal. I looked at my deposits vs net worth in my trading account. I have made 0.2% over 4 years of actively trading, which is a massive fucking loss including inflation and compared to some boomer fund. At least I'm not in the 90% of traders who lose money and quit.
Unironically have started investing in the SP500. Set up a DD for it. Gay ass world.

Actually it went down because you got older.

Time is the cruelest inflation.

My net worth was $342k exactly 5 years ago. Today, it's around $2.3 million. The covid pandemic and economic fallout is one of the best things to ever happen for me.

I was half-way finished with grad school and over $100k in debt when I was 24. You're on the right track.

About half my net worth is in stocks and the other half is crypto. I'm also a wagie and saved a lot of money during that time.

Stocks are about 80% S&P500, and some random stocks. My picks were coinbase, cleanspark, amd, and meta, which all performed insanely well. My only regret is that I didn't buy in with size, just a few thousand here and there.
COIN average buy price was $46 sold most of it last week for $386, still holding a few shares
CLSK average buy price was $4.36 sold all of it at $12
AMD average buy price was $90, never sold, bought more of it at the end of may, anticipating big things
META I caught the dip at $90 at peak fud, sold a few shares at $727 in february, still holding
I'm keeping an eye on google as well, if it falls a lot like meta did I intend to scoop it up.

Crypto gains were almost entirely due to BTC and ETH, I dollar cost averaged a little bit over the years but most was accumulated in 2017.
I picked up some ONDO and SEI and SOL as well. Some friends had recommended SUI to me but I faded it.

I'm hoping to quit my job and work on my own gamedev business once my net worth increases 50%, since that should be enough to cover my cost of living at a 4% withdraw rate. That way if the games I release are profitable it's a nice bonus I can use to improve my standard of living, while at the same time I don't have to worry about ending up homeless or going back to being a wagie if they don't do well.

I'm not gay or anything, but I can admit that the guy on top is handsome but is the guy on the bottom really that ugly? Like if you asked me I would say he's average or maybe slightly above average. Maybe because he's got a huge forehead? Gayfags, please give me your opinions.

omg this pic brings back so many cringe memories

I fell for the looksmaxing meme in my early 20s and I remember watching fragrance reviews and listening to people talk about "how many compliments they get" when they wear them

Needless to say I bought a few and received no compliments lmao....I was confused at first but after a few months I realized I was a fucking ugly retard and the only way out was to get rich
