This is how you achieve above average, I'm 32yo, have 1 house paid, 1 apartment paid, 2 cars (1 electric for city use, 1 for travel) both paid, currently have a piece of land financed away from the city (still have 2/3 of the price to pay), work for myself in my studied field. I don't where you're from, but in country? That's well above average. No magic pill, no inherited money, do I play with the markets? Do I buy crypto? Sure, do I do crazy stuff in put my future in 'mooooooning' or 'dreams'? No. I just place a tiny amount of what I earn in crypto and such shenanigans, real investment? I go for more traditional things like stocks, and property. It's slow, it's glamorous, but it gives certain and real results, better than to gamble the future away.
