There are around 24 million millionaires in America
You now have to have $10,000,000 to truly make it

What % of those are because the majority of their net worth is tied up in their house?

I’m worth a little over 2m but it’s all tied up in investments, 401k, house outside of a major U.S. city. The plan is to get to 5m and then retire on a quiet piece of land somewhere cheaper.

It’s fake information, AI made it up. American government allowed it to happen.

Probably the buttload. Otherwise you have boomers that put money in index funds per their 401k for 40 years and have enough money to pay the nursing home.

Whew, guess I made it.

But I mean look, inflation is real. A million bucks doesn't get you a lavish level of living, it gets you a lower-ish middle class level of living indefinitely without working. Which you know is definitely nice, but no one is excited to watch the Life of A Millionaire able to eat at Outback Steakhouse, drive his old Toyota Highlander, fly out to see his grandkids three times a year while otherwise eating Costco food and wearing Costco clothes.

Probably the vast majority. People tend to tie up a ton of equity in property so they tend not to be cash-rich anyways.

It's literally all boomers and wealthy chinks hiding their sweatshop money from the CCP.

Just did my net worth breakdown. Between my 401k, home value, and stock portfolio minus my debts I crossed a million. Can't tell anyone IRL so telling you guys.

Late 30s. Life is good with wife and two kids. Pretty happy. I live well but generally not in a way someone making $100k or $200k would find that foreign- I know how much the price fluctuates and I don't want to have to sweat. Definitely have traveled a lot.

it's great to be a millionaire, but it also sucks because i'm now a persecuted minority

What? How rare could it be among millionaires for some to have $1M+ in cash, crypto, stocks, or some combination thereof?
Anonymous (ID: nUIlfbAZ) No.60622526
>>60622476
Bitcoin maxi and have about 1m, so probably not that rare
I believe only 150k wallets have 10+ btc
Anonymous (ID: 2LPTUUiS) No.60622960
I have around 1.2 million or so. (About 300k is my house)

AI'm 42, married, and have 4 kids. We roughly have the quality of life a middle class family did in 1995. America kind of blows.

[expresses doubt]
My parents were/are both rich, so I've hung out with a lot of wealthy people. Hardly anyone else is even scraping by.

I finally crossed the million dollar line myself just this week thanks to Bitcoin. I don't know even one other person who's done that.

This is not true, I have $17 million and I am still a virgin.
Gold diggers don't even want to steal my money because I am a tiny manlet.
You need way more than $10 million to make it, probably need $50 million.

Meaning someone who is a millionaire in assets that can be liquified in under a month, exempli gratia, not a house o algo.

I would believe this
Guaranteed my parents (boomers) are multimillionaires at this point simply by holding assets and land the last few decades, but they aren't flaunting it, or squandering it. The real question is: who is the government going to attack first: the foreign nationals, or the boomers?

most of this is plywood box equity aka fake paper gains that propped up by excess credit availability, with 5 figure a year holding costs (taxes, insurance, maintenance.)
