You pick up disc 4 (picking up all of the above along with it) and put that on the rod to the right of it. Then you pick up 3 (and all of the above along with it) and put that on the rod to the right. Then you pick up 1 and put it on 4. Now you have 5 on all rods and have partially satisfied your OCD but are now triggered by the difference in size of the discs.
