You have watched too many movies. If you seriously want to earn by doing crime, I would suggest government corruption i.e. pocketing money from governmet contracts. This could also perhaps be working for so called "cartels", it's not a real cartel like in latin america, but for example, construction firms that have agreed upon prices for government construction projects so that certain parties would win certain objects, this can also include bribing government officials etc. Idk about germany, but in eastern EU corruption is pretty rampant and very profitable.
