PLUG got over-sold and then over-shorted due to a lot of factors, some of which were pretty genuine concerns about its ability to continually finance themselves. This is so fucking funny. I used to work at Citi in Tampa and I can confirm it was extremely challenging. Not only the language barrier but they act like they understand something but obviously have no clue how banking works.
