I mean, Musk spends about 4 hours a day posting mean tweets ffs. Truth is, the higher up in an organization you get, the more freedom to spend your time as you see fit you have. Of course they're "working" all the time in the sense that they need to always be available and in communication, but they have a legion of assistants to offload all the minor tasks of the day that take up our time. How much more free time would you have if you never had to cook, drive, do laundry, manage your household, clean, schedule etc...
