You can do it right through your brokerage it's called margin and the rates are way lower than you'd get a personal loan for cause the collateral is whatever securities you buy.
Personally my downside risk tolerance is 100% and no more than that lol but there's wild and crazy niggas out there willing to risk more money than they have.
