Real estate. Lots of it. I'm extremely fortunate.

The real estate properties have already been transferred to me and my siblings. We're all set.

Lol no, I'm independently wealthy. Didn't even get any assistance from my parents. My brother isn't nearly as wealthy, but he got lots of assistance from our parents, which kept him soft and weak.

RE and index funds because that was the default. They didn't do real world shit like budget though.
