Don't touch XRP or ADA, they're trending to zero and haven't touched an ATH in years. Even if they do breach an ATH and linger there, you've made fuck all money because of inflation since the prev. The people in charge of ETH, such as its foundation, have encouraged hard forks in the software in the past and inflated the supply. Don't fuck with it. They're also extremely economically inconvenient in every way compared to BTC.

Most of BTC is slow building during crab markets, it will dip and go up every now and then, but you learn to not care. During slow moments you learn how to store it safely. You see the prize and know it takes time.

The latter is relatively safe, buying one industry's index is not a good idea, especially when it's built on pure scam like crypto.
