Why does this retarded conflict exist at all? Walk me through this like I'm 12.
>>60677200I don't even know and I've been here since 2019. I used to hold both but liquidated my LINK to go all in on XRP. At some point Linkies went full retard and I suspect there was a lot of inorganic shilling. The "Link Marine" stuff reeks of curry but most people haven't been here long enough to remember it showing up.
>>60677200Most Link holders here bought when it was at $30+ and are realizing they're never going to make it. Thry didn't buy XRP because they thought the SEC case was going to be the end of it and now they're full of regret seeing they could have at least half way made it by now if they bought XRP instead
There's not even any conflict. No other place outside this board even talks about Link much anymore and no such competition even exists outside of here. Link isn't even mentioned in the same sentence as the top 3 cryptos anywhere else.
>>60676203That's a sui bag, always has been. But sui is make it for most.

>If they have 1500 or less chances are that isn't them.Almost every bag holder I know is a sub 2500 holder. >>60676551It’s not about the money anymore. Hasn’t been for a long time. You can feel it, can’t you? In your gut. Like something’s moving under the surface. Like the ground beneath your feet is changing, and no one wants to say it out loud. But I feel it. And I know how that sounds, brother. Believe me, I do. I sound mad. But I’ve been mad before. I’ve looked the end in the eye, and I’m telling you this is a spiritual war. Not the kind with crosses and sermons. It’s quieter than that. Slower. It’s in the choices we make. Every time you sell out for comfort. Every time you trade truth for safety. That’s the real war. That’s where the soul starts to wither away. But that’s how the darkness always works. It drifts like the mist. It whispers. It flirts. It makes you doubt yourself. But I won’t, brother. Not this time. Because this, holding this, is resistance. It’s saying, "I see the world you built, and I don’t want it." Maybe that’s all I can do. Just hold. Quietly. Alone. But if that’s the only way to fight then I’ll do it. Even if no one understands. Even if it never makes sense. Because I know, in my gut, that I'm standing on the right side of something bigger than me, you, and all of this. I’ve already seen what happens when you give up too soon. Not again.
>>60677205>>60677213That's it? It's just asspain? That can't be it, right? There isn't some perception of ripple eating their lunch or sniping some sort of target use case? Some form of functional competition based on whatever the fuck chainlink's supposed to do?
>>60677295It tells you the price of other coins.
>>60677295I think there was more direct rivalry back in the day, and it makes more sense for them to seethe over XRP than over ETH or BTC, to which there's less comparison. And even though the details are all different, XRP and LINK have similar long term plans in the broad strokes of attempting to be institutionally adopted at the infrastructure level. Technically the two should complement eachother but you only know that if you've bothered to read what the coins actually do rather than just assume it's a zero sum game.
>>60677200Unironically jealousy. And i think it's the fact the US president named dropped RLUSD.
>Ripple = RLUSD = XRP >XRP is extremely fast, essentially zero cost for transfer & conversion. >Ripple wants to replace SWIFT with XRP.>Ripple is now confirmed to be involved with the US government. >Some meetings have to be happening behind closed doors. >Their main target (that we know of) is killing SWIFT. This caused tension because:
>LINK wants a SWIFT partnership.>SWIFT is slow, expensive and not global cypto ready AT ALL. >LINK on ETH = Also slow + huge "gas" fees for SWIFT with crypto. >All the same and worse problems SWIFT already has.So:
>If the US government is backing a replace system alreadyb(Ripple) any LINK-SWIFT deal is doomed. (It's doomed either way). >This leads to LINK having to partner with Ripple in some fashion to save itself or die. >This all inevitability pumps XRP. This is why we see schizo numbers for XRP pricing. In 5 years it could be

bros if we do dump hard im looking for a long at 3.33 or 3.27. the way i do it is if i see a trend reversal on lower time frames at these key levels and if the candle bodies dont "cut" through the order blocks (red lines) or the vwap anchor at 3.33 (although im more careful with this because im not a big fan of vwap anchors) but "bounce" off the lines with a wick, and if the reaction is good, i go in.

These markets are so controlled. Any bullish news ends up in XRP going down. This big money bot army is trolling us so hard. XRP is THE retail mom crypto, every Tom, Dick and Harry owns a stack.
What did he mean by this?
Every time VOD mentions "the heavenly gates have opened up" we end up dumping to hell shortly after. Without fail.
>>60679191They're both designed and funded by the same people.
>>60679292It's just an advertisement for a new app that is piggybacking on bigger news.
i love how vod always has 50 twitter tabs open all at once
true schizo behavior

>>60679259to liquidate retards that opened long positions. Most longs got liquidated at $3.40 which snowballed to where we are at.

Why is the crypto market dumping after the genius act passed?
>>60679347If your make it target is 2 million, and you expect it to hit ten dollars, you need 200,000 XRP
>>60679390Its just some holders selling a % of their wallets to make profits from the rise in price. Happens all the time when crypto pumps, are you new?
>>60679356XRP was literally launched on the same physical IP address as bitcoin, wasn't it?
>>60679375no, now we gotta liquidate the shorts. Shorts get liquidated at $3.68, if they do, we go straight to $4.

>>60679687It's gonna get there wether you buy it or not. Feel free to believe whatever you need to feel good.
Guys, remember that this is not THE PUMP. It's gonna go down significantly at the end of August for a few months before it all begins. It's useless to get exited at every 5 percent pump/dump unless you're trying to swing or smth. Even if it reaches 5 dollars we will not "make it" this summer.
Almost everything is dumping at the same time. Are all investors leveraging the same shit at the same time and whomst told them to copy that, while Blackrock's Aladdin is navigating the whole market to slurp?

Good evening, Bruddas
Anyone have an optimistic timeline for replacing SWIFT? I sometimes die inside thinking about how financial institutions are all a fucking mess and basic things take like 5 years to be implemented let alone a full replacement. Is the future NOW, old men? Is there hope for a quick cuckening of SWIFT?
Real schizos only btw
>>60679687Learn what marketcap is. This is NPC shit. It does not require this much input cash, wealth is created by the marginal buyer and in general 1/10th the amount of cash needs to flow in, to say nothing of a supply shock or shadow buys!
>he didnt sell $3 60
Keeeeeeeek
Below that initial top in January. Where is our floor here?
I'm considering moving to BTC for a few weeks.
>he actually thought it would hit $4+
>what is market cap?
Great, the time I decide to get intro crypto and told that XRP at 3.50 is the cheapest it’s ever going to be going forward this happens. Idk why I trusted advice from here, I may as well go gamble in Vegas at least that’ll be enjoyable
