Social anxiety is just a cope word introverts made for being an inexperienced pussy. It’s funny how these fags try to be as edgy and antisocial as possible as a cope.

Good luck getting a job. You both will need the luck and will not receive it. I tried what you're talking about and it set me back 15 years, despite all my efforts. I went to college and got a $200k salary coming out before I even graduated. Normie HR cattle will throw your resume out every time.
You can work while you're in uni. And you can CLEP all the gen ed courses to skip 2 years for free in a month. You are literally retarded if you don't take this advice.

But yeah anyways don’t be an incel, don’t be red-pilled, world is more positive than the mentally ill here will tell you. You just need a lot of experience, status and money to get women if you weren’t born super attractive. So go to uni, get a degree for high paying white collar job. The best way to get lucky with crypto/stocks is to have a high steady income from a well paying job, and the easiest way to get s well paying job is still trough getting the right degree.

I quit university after 1.5 years and my first job was in construction - lots of digging, lots of carrying heavy stuff, also used a lot of electric tools. In the beginning it was very difficult, my body was not used to such hard labor but after a while I got used to it and it was not really that bad. Also, it paid well. After work I was also trying to learn web development, some Java, some python, I learned curl, learned about APIs and all that because I thought that I really wanted a comfy office or even a WFH tech job.
A time came when the construction company offered me to go learn carpentry, they would pay for it as long as I promise to work for them for at least a year afterwards (otherwise I'd have to give them the money back) and at the same time I got an offer to work in an office as a junior software QA specialist. I took the comfy office job.
I'm 32 now, working from home as a QA engineer and these past few years I've been thinking a lot about that episode of my life. What if I had stayed with the construction company and went to their course?

>worthless diploma
This is a poor mindset and you should change it. It’s wholly dependent on what you study and there are plenty of very valuable courses that will net you an income well beyond what you’d earn without a qualification to speak of.

I am a tradecel (electrician) and frankly I wish I had gone to university when I was younger.

Go to cooleg
If your parents love you enough to help out and youre not a total faggot go to state school all four years and join a frat, otherwise do community college the first two years
Do one of the following:
>pure math (choose statistics-related electives when possible)
>physics
>EE
>pre med
Don't do drugs
If you pick engineering do side projects 24/7
Grind internships as hard as possible
As long as you don't fuck any of this up you can take on any amount of debt and it will still be worth it
Good luck

>i'm sure as hell i'm not going to college

wrong

college is where you meet people who have plans, and will eventually become six figure homeowners with families, simply associating with these people will make you significant money down the road, because you will get advice from them, job leads from them, things you aren't thinking about

however, you're a dumbass, so here's what you're going to do

you're going to get a job at a place like costco pushing carts... this will pay you $20/hour and keep you in shape without killing your back, while the rest of the world becomes fat fucks

then, you're going to enroll at your local community college in ONLINE classes (so that you can work)... take the minimum number of classes (12 credits) to achieve full time status, and apply for financial aid. college is the easiest way to get free money from the government - take out the maximum in SUBSIDIZED loans that you can get ($23k total, $3500-5500/year)... this is money that will not accure interest while you are studying, so it's essentially a free 23k handed to you while you are a student

live at home with your parents, work the costco job (~25k/year at 24 hours/week), go to the gym, play in sports leagues, because at this stage in your life what matters is looks maxxing... your time is the least valuable now because you are not a skilled employee yet

invest the money your work and student loans in BTC when it dips (every ATH eventually dips 30%)... you will know when to buy the dip because it will have been 3+ months since an ATH, we'll be down ~30% from the ATH, and the media will be screaming "BLACK MONDAY IS COMING!!!!"

get your associates in something in healthcare that you can tolerate... that field will ALWAYS be hiring... you don't have to be a nurse, can do something like an a radiology technician where you just take x-rays/MRIs of people and get paid 80k/year

that's because you are a retard who does not understand finance/math at all

if someone gives you $3500 and says "no payments or interest for 5 years", you can take that $3500 and dump it in the most normie investment ever (treasury bills) where it earns 4.3% interest

after 5 years, your $3500 is now worth $4320, so you can "pay back" the loan and pocket $820

and this is dumb fuck treasury bills, S&P will give you ~9%/year, crypto will give you more

colleges give you the excess funds from the cost of attendance minus the tuition that you use to buy your textbooks, pay for your off campus room + board, personal expenses, and transportation.

a typical CC will have a cost of attendance for the semester like this:

>tuition 2000
>room 4000
>board 2600
>textbooks 600
>personal 1650
>transportation 1500
>total = 12,350/semester

states and community colleges all have programs to make tuition essentially free, so the subsidized loans will go into your bank account for room + board + lifestyle expenses - these are expenses that you are minimizing because you are living at home

if you want access to credit on top of that, you can take out an additional 6-10k per semester in unsubsidized loans (these loans accrue 6.5% interest)

Pull yourself up by the bootstraps, a firm hand shake, and polished shoes will get you far.

Jokes aside, that social anxiety shit is just you needing to become outcome independent and building up as much social exposure as possible. Competence leading to confidence through experience and embracing social discomfort. If I was 18 again, I would force myself to learn social skills as much as possible and work through calming my ego down. Knowing the right people will get you further than studying hard. Still study, but make sure you're identifying the right people/keys to a better future.

If I were 18 yo again I'd be doing the same stupid shit I'm doing now (gambling on shitcoins + watching charts all day while high on marihuana and fapping every two minutes) except I'd have a higher libido, nowadays i can't even get hard on my 3d hentai futa videogame girls divided screen hypno sissy videos. Pick your poison, bucko. I'd gl to college provided you have the IQ and money to do that since at 18 you still care about stuff and you fear and respect authoritah (which once you're 35 or so you won't give a shit about literally anything)
