>take a bunch of racetams and noopept
>brain goes into overdrive
>don't feel sketched out like from real stimulants
>sleep normal and have crazy dreams
This is pretty based. I'm going to grow so many new synapses normies could never.

I used to take this regularly and I feel like it made me more neurotic and anxious, albeit sharper. Eventually stopped taking it. I guess being a forgetful half-wit comes with it's perks.

Interesting if anything it's blunted that for me and made me ever so slightly more assertive. Hopefully also whatever positive effects become somewhat permanent. Like it helps your brain in the moment and that helps rewire it for the long term.
I experimented once in the past and didn't feel like it did much, then again and it did something but then felt like my brain was spent for a few days and I was dumb even while continuing to take more, this time with alpha-gpc I've kept the good effects and didn't get the tarded from it yet.

Yeah sometimes I wonder if I'm placeboning myself, but I upped my dosages of everything today and my brain felt like it was on fire. Still have phenylpiracetam to try.
And being subtle doesn't seem like a terrible thing either since it makes it easy to go on or off.
So many people just want to feel high and call kratom a nootropic even though it makes you dumb as shit.

>Pantogam active
I'll check it out, looks pretty cool.

I've been loosely emulating/working towards a stack that some /pol/ack posted years ago and I just happened to remember and lookup
>3 grams piracetam
>1.5 grams oxiracetam
>1.5 grams aniracetam
>10-30 mg of noopept whenever
Have yet to add
>pramiracetam

I might just cut the other shit and stick with noopept because it's annoying measuring so many powders and I can actually feel it kick in.

>>60692308
Interesting

>>60692312
No I had bought so much other shit I wasn't going to bother, but now I'll probably give it a try. Do you have to let it build up or just take it one off?

>amazon - but it's always sketchy quality control from chink suppliers and the listings get taken down quickly
>science dot bio - no issues I paid with credit card some round about way via a south african payment processor, got my order
These seem ok based on reddit, but I can't vouch for them
>umbrellalabs dot is
>cosmicnootropic dot com - probably the most legit and most expensive, sells the official russian pharma branded stuff

im just getting into this stuff. right now im trying to get the basics and baselines down:
>sleep
>hydration/nutrition cut out sugar
>tyrosine + L-Theamine + Alpha GDP (to replenish neurotransmitters)
>b complex vitamin + fish oil + magnesium
> caffein
>microdosing nicotine (might cut out since it raises blood presure even at micro doses)

Ive yet to purchase any of the synthetic nootropics like the onece mentioned above. chatgpt keeps recomending me PRL-8-53 ill prob check it out

Yeah this stuff is like the top of the pyramid. Getting good sleep and exercise and taking care of your body is the very best. Unfortunately for me that means completely cutting out caffeine. I already cut out alcohol and don't miss it, but a cuppa tea is really nice, fucks up my sleep thoughbeit.
I thought about trying nicotine lozenges, but was once addicted to cigs so I figure it's better not to, so many people never manage to get off nicotine completely (they quit cigs but use the replacement therapy forever). I do feel like I lost a bit of critical thinking and writing ability when I quit smoking, so that kind of sucks.
>PRL-8-53
I've seen this one mentioned a lot, same with NSI-189. I don't know much about it. What I like about noopept, piracetam, and most of the *racetam analogues are they have a long history of human use so there shouldn't be any
>surprise you have cancer and organ failure and it made you gay
But yeah I might start branching out into the others.

I should prob lower my caffeine dose or maybe even cut it out and im trying to be careful with the nicotine.
Im also doing the nicotine lozenges 2mg. Im literally micro dosing so i shave a piece from the pill so its really like .2mg or 200 micrograms which is enough to activate the effect without getting high on it or ramping up the effects.
I gave chatgpt my brain "profile" and it recommended some racetams according to it. I might start there.

>recommended some racetams
Which ones? Btw even though it's supposedly safe for humans nefiracetam is apparently toxic for dogs, it's one I'd definitely avoid.
Also piracetam is fine and can't hurt but I don't think it really does anything unless you have dementia or traumatic brain injury. Maybe it does something in the background.
People also attribute specific effects to each compound, but I haven't really noticed that in my very limited experience. More like my concentration got turned to the max but without feeling buzzed or wired.
Some of it even seems like bullshit
>coluracetam
>rhymes with color
>totally made the colors more vivid man

Just don't expect anything really crazy. I like that though. I took adderal once and didn't care for it. Right now I'd rather have subtle, than big rush and big crash.

No no no. First of all some of them are legit dangerous or have serious side effects, like glp1 for fatties. Also sold out ones could have more to do with regulations. Like phenylpiracetam is hard to find, most places only have phenylpiracetam hydrazide.
Just be careful anon like I said noopept has a lot of use, some other random shit may not be safe. Those racetams are good though

Yeah thats a good call. I would def do my research before buying anything or putting in my body but from the racetams, there seems to be clear favorites from the community. I will try the basics ones and hope one works well. I also wonder how much more milage I can get from quiting video games/scrolling and doing better job regulating dopamine and repairing my attention span. I feel like a tweker most days when i play vidya like it just fires up my brain the way meth does am addict

I read some bad experiences from people who took piracetam long term. Don't remember what but just thought it wasn't worth the risk and even stopped taking the noopept I had.

Is this stuff trending with zoomers on tiktok or something because haven't thought of this stuff since like 2013 >>60692921

Most of these supplements improving cognition are pretty sketchy.

Best long term cognition booster that are safe, effective and good for you are: all berries includiog: blueberries, bilberries, lingonberry etc., mushrooms, cocoa, garlic, beetroot (beware of nitrate buildup). In terms of berry use, minimum ~300-400g per day, specially bilberries/blueberries. You will see the difference. Also using MCT oil have some benefits.

Caffeine, nicotine, and other nootropics are temporarily boosters that usually cause large drop eventually. Not for long term use, caffeine will lost it's benefits if you become adapted. Also it decreases blood flow to the brain and effect the whole brain development.

Sorry to hear that. I've pretty much always had mild tinnitus, weirdly last night it got really loud for a second but that's not the first time such a thing has happened either.

I agree I'm treading pretty carefully. Some of them are over the counter medicines in Europe and Russia so that gives me a little more confidence.
Based food suggestions though I eat a lot of those already, I'll look out for some of those berries.
Caffeine interferes with my dreams so I figure that can't be good. And actually gives me less energy and more burned out by the time 5pm rolls around. I'm frequently quitting and then getting addicted again. At least it's mostly harmless.
