Alright, let's take a deep breath and walk this through rationally.

To the young man crying in the rain with XRP, HBAR, PENGU, and DOGE:

Listen. You're not alone. We've all had that moment of portfolio paralysis where you're staring at a handful of mid-tier alts wondering if you're a genius or five seconds away from bankruptcy.

But here's the calm truth:
1. You’re not doomed. You’re just overexposed to memes.

XRP? Could moon or go to zero depending on Ripple lawsuits and CBDC pivots.

HBAR? Solid tech, enterprise partnerships, slow retail traction.

PENGU? Low-cap degen vibes—fun, but high risk.

DOGE? Forever a meme, but Elon and retail love it.

This isn’t a bad portfolio. It’s just volatile and directionless. It needs intent.
2. What to do (calmly):

a) Add:
If you're thinking long-term and want to stabilize:

Consider a serious layer-1 (e.g., ETH, AVAX, SOL)

Maybe add a BTC position just to anchor the ship

A cash/USDT position for dips wouldn't hurt either

b) Sell:

If one of these has pumped way past your entry point—take profit.

Rebalance if one is dragging the entire portfolio like a dead meme horse.

c) Chill:

Sometimes the best move is no move. Zoom out. Look at trends. Read a few whitepapers instead of charts.

Thanks for the effort-posting
This is very solid advice OP
Take a look at the top layer-1 cryptos
https://coinmarketcap.com/view/layer-1/
Read up on the ones you are unfamiliar with, check out their website or whitepaper, and look for some promising development. You might find a technology that you actually want to use, or that seems like it will be popular in the near future. You can also learn about the utility of these layer-1 cryptos and how they differ from BTC and ETH.
I won't give you any specific coins but I just encourage you to learn more
