whatever crash you fantasize about happening:
>1. it will be nowhere nearly as big as you need it to be and recovery will be quick
>2. it probably won't even happen since trump is gearing to indulge in inflationary policy

because it's all about the money supply
it's not blackrock, not the greedy boomer landlords, not speculation, nor any other conspiracy you ever come up with
but if you tell the masses what is going on and what needs to be done, they will just dismiss you as an austerity psychopath

A 0% inflation upper ceiling
Inflationary policy never guarantees that the increase in productivity will counteract the decrease in buying power, though politicians who push for it universally claim it will to justify it
>"If all prices go up 5% but your wage goes up 20%, you will be better off!"
It's almost certainly no longer politically possible even if the goodwill existed (it doesn't)

In the Denver metropolitan area, where inventory is now 88.1 percent higher than pre-pandemic levels, the median list price of a home was $609,950 last month, down 3.6 percent from a year earlier, according to Realtor.com.
88% more inventory nigga

It's even simpler than that. It's just boomers and roasties taking their homes off the market when the offers don't match the fucking zestimate instead of just reducing the fucking price

If that's the case, the only way to force the issue is that they just don't pay their bills.

I have a birth certificate, formally notarized from the hospital where I was born, as well as a social security number and card which was issued to me, and a passport. All of these verify my status as a US citizen. My fingerprints are in federal databases, as well as my facial recognition data which is now used any time I reenter the country. It would be very easy to validate my status as a US citizen.

When people say flyover, it's technically Colorado, but I think they mean more like Kansas, Iowa, ohio, southern Illinois.

Denver was already expensive in 2020. Going back to 2022 pricing is barely a concession off of that pressure cooker. Denver incomes suck vs the cost. I would only do it with a 200k remote tech job.

Pretty much every couple from actual flyover country fantasizes moving to Denver for at least a year, so it's crowded as fuck

that wouldn't provide very useful information because the interest rate would be hidden

include interest rate data, then realize that interest on mortgages is artificially reduced to a massive extent through government programs as a treat for the poor, then the situation becomes clear

denial is easier though

most commercial banks are nowhere near 0% reserve requirements. enforcing reserving requirements won't making housing more affordable.

>most commercial banks are nowhere near 0% reserve requirements. enforcing reserving requirements won't making housing more affordable.
Yes it will. Most mortages come from new money printed out of thin air. That's what creates these speculative bubbles, money printing.
Housing happens to be extremely sensitive to it because mortgages are a popular form of debt.

>won't fix anything as prices will be bid up with borrowed money.
Putting new units on the market will lower prices.
and that newly borrowed money mostly comes from newly printed money. Take away the punchbowl.

>functionally retarded
let's take a step back. i asked for a chart of monthly mortgage payments because i'm too lazy to calc it myself. you mentioned that providing monthly payments would "hide" interest rates. are you really too retarded to back calc the principal given a prevailing rate, an average down payment, and an average mortgage term?

never mind that monthly cash flow is the only pertinent concern for the average american.

again, emotional like all brainwashed people

but it is very simple: a loan is principal + interest
juxtaposing m2 supply with just average monthly payments wouldn't be useful data because you would be missing out on interest info, which is a massive decisive component of mortgage payments

interest rates on mortgages has been steadily declining for a long time by absurd amounts to keep prices under control
but you can't go below 0 so now the joke is about to end
