A stable Monero DEX would become one of the most popular financial vehicles in history. It would have to survive attacks from all of the “””Western””” (Israeli puppet) nations. So preferably it should be located outside of the Israel sphere.

North Korea actually isn’t a bad idea since they literally mine Monero. But they’re not exactly the most trustworthy government either

I see this DEX as a kind of "gateway" between money that nobody knows where it came from and normal cryptos, which can be tracked.

-There can be completely private Monero liquidity providers, improving the market experience.
-You can exchange your moneros and convert them to any other crypto in a completely anonymous way.
-Most importantly there's a base of operations that other states can't mess with
