Lads I'm a little retarded, can someone double check my math?
>5k in ULTY
>5K IN MSTY
Put $50 USD OOP a month into ULTY, drip the rest
at month 6, drop ULTY and MSTY drips to 10% and start splitting the rest of the dividend into the more nav stable higher yielding etfs like SPYI, BTCI, QQQI, JEPI
Take out $150 to buy btc with
Taking into account a ~3% NAV erosion on ULTY and MSTY per month, by the 9th month you get
>portfolio worth 16,332 in stocks
>portfolio that generates over $1k USD per month in dividends.
>little over 1k/yr free DCAing into btc worth ???
What the fuck? This is too good to be true.
You can get more aggressive with divvylooping into VOO if you're worried about NAV erosion.

Alright same question as in /smg/. For MSTY how much did the dividend drop during the bad years? If it's $1 per share guaranteed, it seems too good to be true if you could just buy 1000 shares and then in 2 years time you'd be playing with house money no matter how much the shares drop in value.

MSTY is a little odd since it was a good 30% overvalued at launch.
Its never been below a dollar so far, but its only been around since last April.
MSTR is a very volatile stock so I think the YM jews will be able to generation options income from it for a good while.
And yes theres a ton of plebbitors that did just that. They mostly bought too early so the NAV erosion ate into their profit but its still over 100%.
If you divvyloop to offset this its like a free money loop. Insane if you want to neet in a cheap country.

So what’s the danger with ulty? It going to zero? I watched a grip of yt videos and they kept saying shit like nav erosion and gay shit but didn’t say it would stop paying. The low price seems sweet. I want to put $30k into it. I’m rotating my crypto gains into etfs. What app is best to buy the weekly versions and have them drip? I ain’t planning on waiting five years

Plebbit mindset, this is how they get you.
You can't really drip back into ulty or msty, you end up somehow magnifying the nav erosion via jewish maths. But they need to be feed enough to keep up with yield decay.
This is why you have to divvyloop.
Here's an easy to understand diagram

And what’s the danger in that? You’re talking to a crypto retard trying to learn from zero. Just trying to have a shit ton of divies

If you dont care about growth then there is no danger, but in order to have a shit ton of divies you need to grow or already have a bunch of money

I think its important to know who these funds are designed for

They are designed for the late retiree who's 70 and only has 400k saved. They buy yield max because they have to. Its the only way they can get enough distributions to live

>32% nav drop for a measily 11% yield
What a shitty fund. mogged by QQQI
Overall you're not wrong but notice how the jews never compare a divvy loop to an index, only individual divvy etfs.
>the loop overcomes the growth gap
>the loop is spun faster than an autistic kids beyblade with ULTY and MSTY

If you would have done this since the start of this year you would have made $783,54 from ULTY

degen covered-call ETFs are only for generating short term cash flow. if your goal is to have more money in the future, the underlying asset will always outperform. honestly you are better off buying MSTR than MSTY and peeling it off into ETFs or other instruments that pay qualified dividends over time. if you need cash right now, MSTY is better

I own ULTY but you can make way more investing in a S&P 500 ETF like VOO or SPXL. Even with the dividend payout you still make more on those two

Long term yes
Short to medium term also yes, yield max is a scam
HOWEVER
Using it to divvyloop.....
