Other than car brands I’ve never in my life heard of the generic brands on the right side of the picture, they sound fake.
Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc…… makes me realize the world really does revolve around America and American businesses.

EU clothing is well known too, but why there is no INDITEX is a mystery to me.
Inditex is Zara and Massimo Dutti.
And Massimo Dutti produces good quality, without cheap fuckin plastic shit like Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger, for less money.

Inditex in regards to clothing should mog all.

Fashion in general being dead is another thing.

I lost over $3000 this week cause I didn't think the market would go up given the bad jobs reports and the tariffs hitting. Shows I'm thinking too much about my trades. It is like being an average IQ person trying to predict the actions of a room full of retards.

>bad jobs reports
If the bad jobs report stems from a reduction in federal jobs, AI replacing some jobs (thus increasing margins), and employers waiting for a rate cut that finally seems to be coming, is it really a bearish signal?
>tariffs hitting
But that's bullish for domestic companies that compete against importers, doesn't affect companies with localized supply chains, while exemptions have been granted for important sectors.
You seem to be looking at headlines without context, amid a slew of record-breaking Q3 earnings reports. Who's really being irrational here?

I guess we have to realize, that Macro is literally meaningless in this market. At least for bearish cases. The market is not objective. It's all subjective. Trying to determine anything here objectively is just lying to yourself. The market only moves because of the participants which are bots or people and the bots are representative of the people, so they are to be seen as subjects either.

This is your reminder to clean the dead skin off the tip of your penis so that it stays soft. Take some lotion and methodically massage the glans penis for a few hours, especially focusing on the rough spots. The dead skin will slough off, leaving it like new. Also, it's very relaxing in a not-quite-sexual way. This is financial advice btw.

Just a sign of the times. Mr. Reddit Retardman here, after asking ChatGPT what an option is, got insane OTM calls for MSFT, AAPL and maybe PLTR if he felt cheeky, for a mediocre +100% gain. Meanwhile, anon A who actually knows what he is doing, has been selling carefully selected covered calls for the past 6M for a phenomenal +20% gain and anon B who realized that the market has become unsustainably overvalued, has moved into cash and placed a few strategic puts, for a total return of -3.5%. Haha.

HOLY SHIT BASED BLESSED CHECKED AND KEKED

I'm the anon quoted, you are my disciple. We are kin.

GAMB have earnings Thursday as do GRRR both trading at lows buy monday pre-market if you have acess NFA!

USAR is mooning but good chance it bounces off $20 resistance and comes down to $12 support, thats when I will re-enter.

ICHR trading at 52 week lows just had Congressional buys - congress knows something and stock price is already bouncing up.

GOOGL just broke $200 is about to run up to $225, depending on August outcome of the antitrust trial and September court case, this either moons to $300 or crashes to $125 my guess is moonshot and I like calling myself a Googlie Mooglie.

Accumulate GAMB now at these lows, earnings Thursday should be solid, proving continuous revenue from subscriptions they have after making acquisitions. We sell in November after their next earnings which will factor in the start of the Football season in USA and soccer in Europe where bookies see the most of their business.

I'm going to start selling around $18 but wouldn't be surprised to see this go to $25 with a bit of hype and double beats in Winter earnings.

Massive institutional/insider holdings and CEO has allured to further buybacks while the stock price is down.

If you hold this long and forget about the volatility - by 2030 its not unreasonable to see this company at $3B Market cap and SP at $100

US States are rapidly deregulating and legalising online gambling, leading to spikes in traffic to gambling.com and referral sign on bonuses from affiliate sites. Their margins are ridiculous, growth sustained and profits grown.

I'm all in and doubling down. Won't you roll the dice with me smiggers?

Trump has a policy of American Autarky and breaking free from a reliance on importing Chinses rare earths and minerals.

MP Materials etc all mooning and have so much room to grow in the future with Apple announcements.

TMC is a gamble but enormous upside in the future.

USAR less of a gamble at these prices but unsure of the long term future growth.

Minerals & Bitcoin/ETH miners those are the flavours of this presidency, you are not too late you've just missed the first wave is all. The third wave is always the largest.

Also GRRR have brought forward their earning call by a month to the 14th Aug when the CEO has previously stated that contracts will be announced by 15th Aug. However it might be a damage control earnings report announcing solid earnings but delayed contracts. Expect enormous run up in SP as shorts get squeezed volume spikes and liquidity pours in. But like I said, might be a massive rug pull on the earnings call it may be wise to jump ship before then unless you are ballsy/retarded like me.

"The Metals Company, formerly DeepGreen Metals, is a Canadian deep sea mining exploration company. The company focuses on the mining of polymetallic nodules in the Clarion Clipperton Zone of the Pacific."

Environmental people don't like it when you collect 'polymetallic nodules' because those are needed by some animals or something. Not sure how much or if at all, this will affect the company though. Also using large nets and such to scrape the bottom of the sea is also not good or desired.

Just something to consider.

>The irrational part is the market is forward looking
But how far? If you look far enough, it all becomes rational again, just based on history. What's actually irrational is making short term predictions in either direction based on macro rather than company-specific knowledge. It's a coin flip, you just happened to be on the wrong side. Meanwhile everyone on the other side of the bet would smugly tell you the macro had already been priced in.
Actually, it's worse than a coin flip for bears, you're just rationalizing that bet based on greater upside. Which I'm not going to argue. But I think where bears really make a killing are during black swan events, which by definition are completely unpredictable.

Then one day the normies move on to a new meme and the stock implodes as too many of the core fans have been alienated to sustain revenue. Seen it again and again. This is also the future of Games Workshop by the way, but may well take another 5-15 years.

Completely wrong, history through an economic lense is a virtual flatline with century long periods of local depression. Then the invention of petro-chemical agriculture shoots every line into the stratosphere as a direct consequence of the demographic explosion. Our best hope is that our trchnological control becomes so advanced that we can transition into a stable plateau within the century. If exponential growth does continue it probably won't involve humans much longer.

Its volatile so be careful. I was selling calls and puts and making good money but the price drop was more than anticipated, so I am waiting to see what happens after earnings report after close Tuesday. If you think their earnings will be strong and the price is going to rip you can make more money selling deep in the money puts, or you can get assigned the stock. I think in the mid to long term its a good company to own.

I live in Lisbon, Portugal.

Generally I eat 200g or rice, a can of tuna, 30g of olive oil and 15g of onions sauce, once per day. Every so often I do splurge and eat other food.

For a more complete nutritional profile I also take multivitamins and minerals.

The company I work for rents me a room for 202€, which is the only reason I have any of the salary left at the end of the money, though I do also get a bonus, which is helpful and here in Portugal the companies give you meal money which can only be spent at restaurants and grocery stores and the money itself isn't taxed so you get a bit more. I get 7€ per working day, which covers my food even on the days that I don't work.

But this is also why I'm here. I don't want to be in a position where if I get fired I'm immediately both jobless and homeless. I want to achieve financial freedom, which for me means 80k€ minimum.

theres no point getting random garbage if you end up just increasing your risk and losses, might as well just put the rest of your money into cash or an index etf
so basically if you only have time for 5 companies and following the general 10% max per position rule, then 50-75% of your portfolio might be cash/index etf (especially since 10% max per position DOES NOT mean going 10% always, you might trim down if it's already close to your price target)

In that case, bacon, and use the remaining lard to fry lots of eggs. I'm a heathen so I drown it in black pepper and Tabasco sauce.

When I go for this duo, I ration out the bacon because it renders a lot of bacon grease in the process. If I don't, I'll have enough to fry a lot of eggs. Record is 30 eggs in one day, hardly the Gastonmaxxing 60 eggs in one meal that the song proclaims.

You have an income problem.
If 80k is your goal, the obvious answer is to move to the US or Western Europe for 2-3 years, where salaries are much higher and rent is the major expense, live there with some roomates in a cheap apartment and then return home with a nice bag.
If you want to stay in Lisbon, at least get a side hustle that you can hide from the taxman and doesn't require much time like ebay/craigslist to add a couple hundred € to your income.

I figured, because the term "deenz" in combination with oatmeal and peanutbutter very much sounded like lifting-scene. And I've also eaten stuff basically purely for the macros, like picrel.
But sardines with Peanut butter I have not done.

I agree, one of the problems is that I only have high school that I've completed, everything else, I failed.

How difficult would it be to get into US now that Trump is in power?

Ideally I would say in Lisbon, because at the start of the year, I bought some farm land outside of Lisbon (7200m^2 @ 7000€).

I don't think we have craigslist here, but I am thinking of what I can do. I'm ~158cm (5" 2') short so what I can do physically is a bit limited.

All of this combined, is why I'm here on glorious Stock Market General! ^^

TL:DR I think 2026 housing will boom.

Right now, the U.S. housing sector sucks but I think Trump is about to unleash the housing market in a way few will believe soon. Its lining like crypto was about August 2023: prices stagnant, but insiders quietly setting the stage for a massive ride. What that means for us imho is more supply in homes, lower mortgage rates and more growth in home builders.

How Trump and others conquered the crypto market was playing chess with regulators and then finishing things off with laws. The biggest event in crypto was SEC Chair Gary Gensler stepping down. Then Bitcoin ETF's were legalized. The housing market feels exactly like this right now.

First legally: we have a future bill called H.R.1340 - More Homes on the Market Which raises capital gains exclusion on home sales, reducing the “locked-in” effect.

The second bill that passed the Senate is called Renewing Opportunity in the American Dream (ROAD) to Housing Act.
It would help:
Speed & lower building costs.
Boost for modular/manufactured housing
Targeted affordable housing support
Local infrastructure & incentives

Next we have the chess playing: Jerome Powell's job is at heavy risk and many replacements are spoken about. What is important to know is Trump loyalists are already being installed at the Fed. As of August 9, 2025, President Donald Trump has temporarily appointed Stephen Miran, a critic of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell and a member of the Council of Economic Advisers, to fill the vacant seat on the Federal Reserve’s board of governors left by Adriana D. Kugler.

Trump loyalists are being considered for other positions.

If rates drop and mortgage costs fall, buying and building will grow. Together, more supply, cheaper financing, and pro-housing policy could create a generational housing boom. Like buying Bitcoin in 2023, buying housing stocks now could be catching the exact bottom.

I feel like no, but I'm not sure.

The real estate agent did say that I can put a mobile home on it, which is my plan, but it'll still take years before I'll be able to live there, since there's no public water or sewage I'll have to pay for water drilling and septic tank.

But I do always have the option of just leaving the country once I reach my 80k€ goal.

If you're trying to date, I would recommend trying to meet people in real life like in a bar or something, that way, usually, you get a bit more of a chance then just a swipe to the side. But you do need more courage and the patience to waddle through rejections.

That's if you're lucky. It seems like they have some other heavy metals, PFAS/PFOA, or some new chemical contamination that causes mass poisoning globally.

>>60763570
>You wish. Try Arsenic.
Arsenic is big in rice. Rice just uptakes it really easily. Cadmium is one that's common in spices because spices tend up uptake that a lot too. It also makes them very vibrant as cadmium has a very yellow color to it. Indian spices in particular are heavily contaminated.

I tend to avoid food that is processed in China and India because its low price point tends to indicate a lower quality product, and environmental contamination is something that doesn't show up to be really punishing until it's decades too late. The Chinese still import baby formula years after the melamine scare, and Indian shitlets get hospitalized for heavy metals poisoning very regularly in the west because they keep importing toxic foodstuffs.

I do put like 75% of my salary into Quanloop which has APY of 15.6% (on it's max setting, you can adjust it) with monthly payouts.

Basically it's P2P lending but with some extra bits. I started putting money into it in 2020 and thus far regarding APY it has been pretty on point, I have taken out money many times, which is why I haven't achieved my goal yet.

I would love to try the divvylooping that anon suggested but most of the financial instruments they mentioned don't have KID - aren't available in EU.

I think the spacing makes it more legible, you can use userscripts to remove the extra spacing if you want though.

Right now I work as a content reviewer for a chatbot, or in other words, I help train the "AIs" that people keep saying will take their jobs.

>your english seems pretty good maybe you can leverage that.
Thank you, I do like to write as a hobby and I find it easier to write in English than in my native language (Slovenian).

I can code, but ever since my ex-employer sued me due to a misunderstanding regarding some code, I haven't really been looking for coding jobs. I did try to get one at a company that worked for BMW, but due to having a record they were unable to hire me, luckily I'm my country after about double the years of punishment the crime gets wiped, so by now, I should be like a normal person. ^^

Every culture has their own way of saying "casting pearls before swine." That really extreme perspective is commonly known in India and China, which kinda explains why they treat each other so badly. China runs on dynasties and masses of peasants, and India has a caste system that they refuse to give up.

Just understand that you are trying to reform 25 years of destitution and that's long enough to set some seriously bad habits for life. This is more of his own personal battle than it is for you if you choose to do this.

I believe the company is lending the money to other companies. If they can't give you the money back they pay your additional interest in the borrowed money until they return it, but I've never seen that happen. What I have sem was that the company didn't borrow all of my money, but that's also partly on me, because I set my APY to the highest possible, but you can go as low as ~6% and of course the company will first take the cheaper money.

Since I generally live off of the meal money/meal allowance that the company gives us, I have had months where I invested near 100% of the money, but I do try to put some of it into stocks, since that's much harder to liquidate and get my money back thank Quanloop where they give me my money back in a day or two.

I heard that Trump & Co. were/are giving 1000$ to illegal immigrants that deport by themselves, maybe do a bit of roleplay as an illegal and earn easy money? :P

Regarding safe plays, you do also gave ETFs and bonds, might be worth a look as well.

Well yeah that's what I mean. A divvy yield of 5% should mean you get 5% and your principal is either the same or higher in normal conditions. But that's not at all true for these shitfunds.

Divvy yield is just calculated from the current principle. Most of the time divs only get paid by profitable, stable companies so this is usually not a problem. With yieldmax funds, this loophole lets them scam redditors into losing money.

I do make a little here and there from stocks. Every now and then I will buy and hold an S&P futures contract for a few days. But more importantly, I'm basically retired now since I'm going to die at 50 like a sensible person instead of chasing the retirement scam. I don't have to chase gains anymore like you do, anon.
