Historically, jews were often used as tax collectors which made them very rich. In dire times, the rulers would usually confiscate all their money and deport them. This would give them a shortterm benefit to pay off any debts accumulated through wars or mismanagements but I doubt it helped solve the underlying issues as jews were eventually invited back (as is evident with countries expelling them multiple times throughout history)

While I dont think this is a humane approach that values all people, it would certainly solve the problem of having a "lower class" that does the dirty work and since you dont intend to take care of their needs, there is no need to provide for their living standards. Point 2 helps to prevent employees from falling behind the investor class. It also encourages employees to do well and take their job seriously since they have a stake in the profit beyond their normal wage.

Meh. UBI is a fiscal policy meant to combat deflation. Like instead of QE, you could do UBI and it'd be fairer. Problem is the Fed intentionally doesn't have any control of fiscal policy, Congress does, ie. elected politicians. It just won't work because of that, exercise left for the reader.
