I joined an alpha group tonight which cost $1000 to get in and there were several of us new members we got welcomed and they gave us a bunch of advice and then promoted us some coins. They all agreed on a coin to buy together and a second after I put in 15 SOL a huge red line appeared on the chart and I was kicked out of the group right after.
also I don't think anyone in that group was different people I think they might have all been the same scammer. I'm willing to hire a lawyer but could a lawyer help me get my money back?

I thought it was cheap considering I have a friend who pays $10,000 per month to be in one of his groups, he made millions in crypto and hes been in that group for a long time so I'm guessing the monthly fee is nothing for the value he gets from there. You are far, far better off simply sticking with a balanced portfolio of the top 10-50 coins on CMC and adding to your stack when you get paid.
