The clarity act looks like its going to allow stocks, bonds, and all kinds of other security offerings to be tokenized in a legal manner.

The genius act allows stablecoin issuers to buy treasuries and issue stablecoins. The banking license would allow Ripple to go into the business of fractional reserve lending, (or no reserve lending as is now the feds policy).

If they can't get it, they'd still be able to sell xrp in exchange for the treasuries then issue the stablecoins.

I anticipate a credit/liquidity crisis in the near future. I guess this would be 'the storm' that is rumored to happen. Everyone is going to be in a panic scurrying around for dollars while the prices of assets fall sharply. The fast settlement times on the xrpl make it an attractive candidate to fix the problem of frozen liquidity with speed instead of volume of money. So it'll do really well at solving that problem.

The only other thing i can see that you're hinting at with the 'dance dance dance portal much gnashing of teeth mystery' is the amm on the xrpl where the assets that go into the pool are exchanged for the liquidity pool tokens. At some point there will be a great increase of liquidity of all assets into the amm pools and i imagine the early token holders making a tidy profit.
