I used to work the service industry before college. Working for tips is literally the most braindraining self humiliating thing possible. It is clearly a homosexual or white woman type of job where you expect people to just hand you money for you to survive.

Its an industry that deserves to be shot dead in the water, or replaced entirely by clankers. Im not at a sit down resturaunt so that a cute waitress can rizz me up or a homosexual putting in extra work can feel entitled to inflate the price of a meal.

I dont live in a backwards country which insists the burden of somebodys wage is dependent on my customer "choosing" (or rather guilted) in to paying more money so that they make the short fall. This is so the business doesnt have to pay tax on wages but still can pocket the saving anyways and not invest in to the business itself or the employees. Super ethical model.
