XRP wont pass the "maturity clause" of the Clarity ACT
What Is a “Mature Blockchain" System?

Under the Act, a blockchain is only considered mature if:

>No single person or group under common control can dictate its operation, governance, or token supply.
>Value and functionality are not dependent on a company’s ongoing efforts.

Why XRP Might Fail This Test?

>Ripple Labs still develops core XRPL code, markets XRP’s utility, and holds a large reserve.
>A significant amount of XRP is held in Ripple’s escrow and periodically released.
>XRP’s adoption and partnerships (banks, payment rails) are often tied to Ripple’s business deals.

Under the Clarity Act’s criteria, XRP looks much more like an “immature” blockchain system than a “mature” one. If XRP does fail the maturity clause, it will once again, get shoved into the SEC’s jurisdiction, which brings heavier compliance burdens, potential delistings, and reduced U.S. adoption.

Stay safe. They dont want you to know this.

BNB and solana also fall under this but XRP is more substantial, since theyll be under fire with the SEC again.

it will pass
Ripple jews have paid off the right people
Validators are not associated to Ripple in any way.
XRPL code submissions pass validation like any other blockchain.

XRPL’s architecture, validator voting, and cryptographically enforced escrow system guarantee decentralized control over both protocol changes and token supply. XRPL’s technical and governance maturity is demonstrably higher than systems with more centralized control—even if legal maturity under the Clarity Act depends on additional decentralization benchmarks for regulatory purposes.

This is like saying how Michael Jordan wasn't a great three point shooter.
No one cares.

>huh, so this is why Ripple is no longer selling any unlocked XRP. This month they actually bought 700M XRP and sold none.
