So anons, the russians have more ships than any european country, even if they are shit, and China produces some 10 or 20 times the current US production. should i deposit a few hundred euros every month in naval shipyards?
Just bought GAMB. Down 1%. Doubling down at -1.5%. You smiggers better be right about this

>>60774222Not today, Jerome.
Itโs dawning on me. None of you knows anything about this.
>>60774251Nobody knows what their doing in regards to any vocation. Do you have any idea how many mistakes doctors, surgeons, COPS make? Its just that they get it right enough of the time to keep society functioning. Just realise that, and you wont be so disappointed when you see the incompetence of others first hand. You also dont know what youre doing half the time. Admit it.
Does any of you have a list of filters i could copy paste to filter off cryptoshit in this board?
I have 300k into VOO
Should I downsize or follow the "never sell" herd?
I eat beans and live in the worst apartment you can imagine. This is all I have. I just want to be left alone and have my savings match inflation.
>>60774286in your position, id just move out abroad and be happy in a cheaper and better apartment? i dunno, id work a part time to keep busy, volunteer at the local temple and bang hookers and hot chicks when presented the chance

>>60774174Russia certainly does not have more ships than any Euro country, besides which they would get raped by the entire EU now that theyโre probably decomming that disgusting Kutnetsov monstrosity
>>60774286>I just want to be left alone and have my savings match inflation. You are a business, you need to keep track of your investments and expenses, so you never really retire. Look at the history of VOO, given a long enough time the line goes up, but there are some pullbacks. You will always need some cash for regular and unexpected expenses for when VOO pulls back and takes months or a year or more to recover. You know your position better than anyone else. Its always good to have some interaction with people to stay grounded. Living the simple life is good provided you are eating healthy, staying fit, and keeping your mind active. VOO should beat inflation on average so continuing to contribute to VOO while you are young is good. Consider some money in an ETF that is more focused on other countries and not just the west in case of a major contraction, just something to consider.
The Charts are telling me we will run up to 6,399

Microsoft already has layers of integration and is expanding it into Teams more and more. Why would a company want an outside app to do yet another thing?
Ha! I sold bbai at 7! Finally i timed the top
>>60774857They have 60-70 customers lined up, and should sign at least 15000 tons of graphene for their first year, with a profit of $200,000 per ton. Multiply it altogether with a P/E ratio of 40, that's $120 billion mcap. Double that for the following year. Market cap right now is $344 million. If enough big funds find out about this, it's going to $20 before the listing easy.

>>60774893Buying in now, your stop loss will be at $1.08, which is a little risky if it does rug, so keep that in mind. We just broke out to new highs, and closed with a bullish breaker, so I expect some consolidation in the $1.20-$1.40 range for a bit.
>>60774808In how many years though?
$1000, if possible, feels like it could be quite far away.
>>60774920$100 in under 5 years, $1000 in under 10 to be conservative
ultra bullish estimate is we see maybe $80 shortly after the NASDAQ uplisting, in as little 8-12 months
>>60774731It ain't much, but it's honest work?
+6.30%
>>60774842What's the probability of a random company just straight up buying this company?
>>60774905No, it shouldn't, because both the numerator and denominator in P/E are both subject to the same inflation. Jesus christ. I present to you the average investor in current year, everyone.
>>60774166it's always like this. will rebound tomorrow.
>>60774908Nobody believes a word he says, and why would they? He says August 1st is a hard deadline, no extensions, then does this shit, lmao
>>60774946>Buying Bear stock>Expecting it to Bull>?????
>>60774938That's one of the major risks, and it's been brought up elsewhere. Kevin Bambrough convinced the CEO to adopt anti-takeover agreement for customers to sign in the contracts. Still doesn't protect against a hostile takeover from an outsider though. Just need to get enough independent funds and individuals with strong hands for now. Kevin did say he thinks the share distribution is looking a lot better now than it did 2 weeks ago, we're mostly through the warrant overhang.
why is everything freefalling
>>60774946>BBAI dipped a lot-22%, winning?
>>60774794it's literally fucking over
>>60774960They fucked up even when the AI industry is thriving
>>60774944Thank you for presenting me to Jesus Christ, while not my first pick, still a popular dude.
You're correct, I'm still learning. ^^
>>60774794I know I should've sold
>>60774731I don't even touch stock anymore. I'm comfy with my 3%/ann money market mutual fund and ~20% growth on my gold
>>60774905You know what's scary? The decline of population growth. Not from a misanthropic point of view but like...
Average inflation was like 2.1% per year, which more or less mapped to the replacement fertility rate of populations (eg accounting for mortality, people need to have 2.1 kids in their lifetime to grow the population). Insurance companies and banks (mortgages) are the ones that buy the 20-30 year treasuries to match assets and liabilities. This means they look at population projections to have appropriate numbers on their books.
To service the US debt, they issue more treasuries, which creates liquidity by adding more (new) money to the system. THIS is what causes inflation and other assets reprice themselves over time to compensate. But ... what happens when that demand drops because every country in the world is holding their population flat, or even declining?
My thought is that we're experiencing huge inflation because the US drives the world economy and it's all a seesaw - with population down, inflationary pressures increase to balance out the expected 2.1% growth. Even in "normal" times (say the 70s through 2000s) there was probably a comfortable ratio between elites and low/middle classes, which is why they "have to" reduce purchasing power for the average joe.
I don't agree or disagree with it, but I accept the system works this way. I'm lucky enough to have 5-6 figures of NW and assets that appreciate in value; for the average person working pay to pay for their entire life, not so good for them
>>60774980thanks but i have literally never experienced inner peace
>>60774794>>60774962>>60774977You faggots literally KNEW from the previous Q they're in heavy debt with shit revenue
how are you this dumb anons? jesus christ
Its a good company but long term wise, not now.
>>60774983Wouldn't it make sense to invest (if possible, probably not) in nations with high population growth, specifically 1st & 2nd world nations?
Israel for example has a strong stock market and a high fertility rate, investing there is a no-brainer thoughbeit I'm not sure if it's possible.
>>60774731>URNM iron condor (55 target) is finally starting to print>MO, NTDOY, SLV are up 16-40% from where I bought in April>100 shares of WMT continues to trend upward>REMX and VIX seemed to tick upwards a bit today>Lost a bit on copper/energyOverall a pretty greenish day for me, even took profits on some crypto and moved to holding some as an etf
So anons, how you do proffit out of women on account of being attractive?
>>60774944it is inflating though. with everyone knowing 15 P/E is cheap you're not getting anything on that price unless the company is collapsing or something.
i agree that 600 is bullshit though
>>60774905This isn't how it works anon
P/E is an equation, it doesn't inflate
>>60774983Maybe once we have humanoid robots nannies, wealthy people will have hundreds of kids, or maybe the government will genetically engineer the "perfect" citizen and then mass produce those to keep the population growing.
Though once you have humanoid robots, to what extent do you really need the average joes?
What can us normal people do, that humanoid robots couldn't?
>>60774985It's a personal decision.
Choose to be at peace, or don't, regardless of your situation.
>>60775015Yeah, I realized as soon as an anon presented me to Jesus Christ.
Yes a ratio and both sides are equally affected by inflation, thus it doesn't matter.
>>60774946Gonna lose 7 grand on BBAI at the bell, unbelievable.
>>60774858most people here are retarded or larping its cool
just stick with index funds, a lot of people would happily help you analyze which ones
>>60775029I can believe it lol.

>>60774993I weighted my DPSP at Walmart towards international and emerging markets. Most people use the default targeted retirement date fund, which is bonds and bluechips. This gives me most of my international exposure, while I do targeted US trades.
My current thesis is targeting 5-15 years for AI development, datacenters. If you're Microsoft or whoever and you're NOT using AI, your rivals are going to outpace you. Rather than trying to pick a winner, I'm doing the picks-and-shovels approach and going for things that AI needs, like copper and energy. Microsoft helped start the Three Mile Island reactor up again for example. SMRs are coming to market as well, and uranium is a very exciting place to be as more reactors are finished ... it takes a lot of time for U to go from ground to plant, and only a handful of countries (offhand I think Canada, Kazahkstan, and France) produce something like 80%+ of the world's *enriched* uranium.
For populations, I think South and Latin America is a good place to target over 10-20 years. Ignoring Trump, they're all a connected landmass and overland routes exist between Canada and Mexico, which reduces overseas logistics costs. Get resources in Canada, process them in Mexico, sell to US. Simple. SA also has a lot of resources, such as copper and silver (and cocoa and coffee and sugar). I don't know as much about Asia, but Singapore is one of the economic hubs of SEA. Israeli companies tend to be technology (and biotech) based.
One other play I have is US oil, specifically large producers with standing inventories as well as tool producers like Baker-Hughes. Weekly rig counts are around 400 (from a peak of 600 a few years ago), and it always goes in cycles. But with the US helping Israel in the Middle East, it echoes the conditions of the 80s and I expect a US oil embargo from OPEC, which would create a huge demand for these companies (windfall for producers via inventory & suppliers suddenly have a huge market to shill to)
>>60774946I can't tell if it's a buy the dip or not

>>60775052>FUCK BBAIthe empty shilling is sign its a nothing burger and anons looking to unload their bags
>>60774579I'm too lazy to read the full comment chains, but if you're like new new:
>average returns of the S&P are about 8-12% per year; avoid having personal debts, since loan rates of 20%+ are going to kill whatever investment returns you will make>only invest money you can afford to lose>stick to index funds for now until you get a feel for different sectors, tickers, and business cycles>be consistent and unemotional; try to stick to a plan like putting $25 or $100 per month into an index fund>don't touch leveraged etfs, options, or margin accounts unless you know what you're doingAnd this is VERY important:
>learn how to manage risk>mathematically, a loss hurts you more than a win helps you, so avoiding losses is going to be the most important thing long term; it's a marathon, not a raceIf you really do want to trade options, I'd be in the market for at least a year (maybe two) and READ THE SHIT out of places like Investopedia. There's a lot of nuance to them

It pumped to 10 earlier in the year, if you sold and bought back at 3. then sold at 7 today and bought back at 3
you'd have at least 4x'd your money
This isn't an index where you just DCA
BBAI has a real chance of going back to penny stock and staying there for a long time
BLSH updated its price range to $32.00-$33.00 per share. Your request is still valid since the updated price range is within 20% of your request price range.
