What if everyone only made investment decisions using AI and the AI was always bullish no matter what so people just put all their money in the market and never sold and even if they did sell the sell pressure would be instantly absorbed by AI driven buying and nothing would ever crash ever again and we'd all be rich?

Money is finite. At some point, there's not enough fresh money to keep pushing the price of "investments" up. And if all the AIs trade the same way, they can actually cause crashes by reacting too fast or in the same direction.
