Should I buy 13k worth of bitcoin right now and hold it till 2030 or wait and see if there's going to be another dump like back in 2022 and buy in there?

ofc there is another dump. btc has a 4 year cycle. after the hype phase, which we are in right now, comes the bear market phase. in about 2 years btc will be at the bottom of the bearmarket. And 2028/2029 will be the next cycle peak. Power Law predicts this could be the first time btc hits 1 mil.
