Cashing out gains via gold
So, I made some gains with crypto and am thinking about going into stables, then cashing them out by buying gold online using crypto and selling it at local gold shops. I can sell up to 5000 EUR of gold for cash, no documents required, which is more than enough to live on for a month. I know I’ll be paying a premium, but I’d rather pay the premium than pay taxes. Anyone done this?
