Where's the best places to live in the UK? Im American and lived in Reading for 2 months. From what I saw, up by the lake district or maybe on the coast of Wales was my favorite. If I had to live in a city maybe Edinburgh or bristol? Cornwall was nice but the locals seemed drugged up and everywhere was full of tourists

Each year you can put £20k into an ISA account, on which you pay zero capital gains or dividend tax.
