I just installed a bidet for my toilet. The job is simple but can be more difficult than it should be due to tight bolts and nuts. I wore gloves and the job took less than 1 hour. But goddamn, my hands are FUCKED. Swollen and in pain. Blue collar people do this for decades. No wonder they are FUCKED UP.

My current record box-open-to-complete is about 7 minutes 45 seconds for installing a bidet. I've done it a dozen times by now. If I am staying overnight at any friend's house I will install one, you can get simple ones for $20 a pop on Amazon specials and for the price of one meal have a clean ass forever with an upgraded toilet.

Had these and used it at the end, but the angle was bad, I had to use it “straight” and not sideways. And I had to grip it hard. And opening and closing the water valve and tightening it, the metal damaged my fingers. The job is easy, a girl can do it. But realistically, tight bolts, wierd angles, and wierd body postions can make it impossible for a girl. And the bolt was those circular ones too so even a wrench wasnt easy to use on.

Lucky nothing was rusted or whatever and I didnt have to replace things.

But mine wasnt like this. It was in an angle and a spanner couldnt fit. I pretty much used pliers on a straight 90degree angle to the to the floor to get a good grip.

i wrench on my cars and bikes all the time and never need to use my strength, if something is too hard to unscrew just use a longer lever. if a screw/nut is too gripped spray some loosener and hit it gently with a hammer, or in extreme cases heat it up with a torch
