There is absolutely zero chance the average 18-24 years old has a net worth of almost 100k. The majority of them don't even have more assets than debt.
The only way this chart can be true is if we count the parents' wealth for all the people that haven't moved out yet, in which case the chart is total nonsense and completely useless.

My kids will have well over 100k in their 529s by the time they're 18. Even though I'm the "owner" of the accounts, I would count that towards their net worth rather than my own

A 2023 breakdown from DQYDJ provides clearer figures for the 18–24 age group:
Average net worth: $112,104
Median net worth: $10,222

Youre wrong buddy

Well if thats the case, then "we" have 360k, even as europoors.

here's a source with more believable numbers:

https://finallylearn.com/average-net-worth-by-age

18-24 median: $8,216 avg: $28,707

So the chart is wrong because the 50% mark for 18-24 should be $10,000, not $88,000.

Stop comparing yourselves to other people. They lie acuity their net worths anyways.

These graphs include flyover states to bring the average down. I am closer to the 75% if you don't factor them.

Yeah this chart is very suspicious, no data sources listed at all. Like is this worldwide data? EU/US only? College grads only? I'd really only believe these numbers if its restricted to adequately-employed homeowning college grads or something like that. If it were worldwide then the entire thing would basically be red except for the top right box.
>>60796905
You just contradicted OPs chart with this figure, the 50% mark should be 10k not 80k. Just goes to show that something is suspicious here at least.

The guy I was responding to was referencing averages, retard, hence my post. Try using your brain before impulsively replying because it makes you look stupid.

>The guy I was responding to was referencing averages,
if you weren't an autistic freak, you'd realize he was referring to "average" in the colloquial sense, not the statistical average

nobody that isn't autistic reads what OP posted and thinks statistical average. you've missed the context clues. you either have a 4th grade reading comprehension or you're autistic. now proceed to cope

By that logic they also include metropolis cities which should also be unaccounted for...
