I'd make 1 in 8 of the population from a poor ethnic minority that loathes the majority, leeches off welfare and sometimes burns down the cities, so that way voters would hate paying taxes and despise their politicians

And about 1 in 50 being from a wealthy ethnic minority that uses nepotism to keeps itself at the top and harm the majority using immigrants and other minorities as biological weapons

Nothing, just let them keep doing what they’re doing. Continue to drive down wages and increase cost of living all across the board, and keep importing immigrants who are willing to do the jobs for a fraction of what the natural born citizens are willing to do it for. Keep subsidizing ghetto people too.
