No matter how we twist it, at the end of the day, we still need the high-power transmitters like cell towers or satellites, also, they need to be linked throughout the whole country at the very least.
Which means, this project scale is not at scale of individuals, nor a group of enthusiasist scale; it's a national scale project. Which means it will need MASSIVE funds, and cooperation of people throughout the country.
Unless, by 'segregated internet' OP mean localized controlled access websites, IP block, which all still run on jewish internet wires. Basically playing cat and mouse with the ZOG, forever in their shadow.
