This is a pilot. Anyone can make a demo shine when the environment is controlled. The hard part comes when you take it live: regulators breathing down your neck, compliance teams killing half the use cases, latency creeping in, and central banks quietly deciding they don’t actually want public-chain exposure. And even if Hong Kong pushes ahead, global CBDC momentum has slowed — a lot of central banks are still stuck in “research mode.” CCIP which makes 800$ a day in fees 1.5 years after launch isn’t guaranteed to be the winner. Governments like building their own walled gardens, and if regulators lean toward permissioned interoperability, or if a competitor offers something “safer” for institutions, Chainlink could end up as just one of many middleware options. Betting on pilots like they’re fait accompli is how investors get blindsided but who am I talking to. I bought at 1$, sold at 25$ and reinvested my profits making a bank and you are still following this cult while good opportunities pass you by. This may go to 40$ this cycle but I will crabdump back to 15$ as the token has no utility
