I don't have a 401k. Any money I would have put in to it went in to crypto instead. I now have 800k in crypto despite only working at this 401k having job for 6 years. My starting salary was 55k a year btw.

401Ks suck dick, but they have their benefits. With employer match its cool. When you leave a job, you can roll it into a new IRA...which I did to create my own little crypto trading fund. The money barely grew in the 401K, but now I will 5-10X it.

Imagine relying only on your 401k for retirement. I've got half a milly in mine but I'm early retired at age 36 because I have more money in crypto and stocks. My retirement accounts will keep cooking for the next 25-30 years and be worth multiple millions by the time I'm ready to cash out.
