You can memorize your seed phrase by memory pegging. Just imagine your seed word to be connected to the action in some way like.
For example your first seed word is fart, the first pin is run, so you imagine yourself running into a fart cloud and falling over. Then for 11 the seed word is apple. you imagine yourself running into a fart cloud and falling over then an apple falls out of a tree in hits you in the nuts.
