It really depends, instead of you keeping the little profits you made from gambling you decided to share it with her. Its a noble act, but to her she might feel like you didn't put enough effort into getting her that gift or some other subjective shit.

But im assuming that's just a microcosm of bigger underlying issues either one of you have. Its just a harsh lesson every coming of age men realize this : women are just as bad as the stereotypes they portray if not worse.

Because women want their men to be competent and ambitious. Money is a byproduct of these traits, generally speaking. It's not the money that women desire, but rather the traits that lead to money. When you say you made money with crypto, it leads them to believe you just got lucky. Or that there was no real skill involved. It's a big ick for girls. The reason wall street finance bros have the opposite effect is because they belong to an elite social group with POWER. Girls don't give a shit about charts. It's the perception of power that they like. In every form of media, finance people are always depicted as powerful with lots of influence. The money is secondary.

I've made six figures in crypto (took profit) and women are still instinctively repulsed when I mention it. I don't get it. I don't shill coins nor get rugged, just the mere mention of holding crypto seems to turn them off.
