Possible to turn my life around and the financial shit hole around? I'm starting to think my situation is fucked now. It's either my earning potential or coping with my health outcome. I don't know how to think anymore let alone process all this stuff. I've become consumed.

You deserve everything bad that's happened to you. If you were smarter you wouldn't have had these problems. If you were a better person, someone would have helped you. You're neither, so you deserve to suffer.

Hey don't despair. Focus on creating more income to overcome your debts. Is there a way to get better credentials in your field that would allow you to earn more money? Like professional certifications or something? Or, consider upskilling. If you don't have a skill whatsoever, consider pursuing one.

What are your goals financially? It helps to envision where you'd like to be in order to help motivate yourself. Consider a second job even. Don't give up and ask the universe/God for help

How old are you? That doesn't seem bad at all.

You're whining about $11k in debt and some college debt you pay $50 a month on?

You had a chance staring you right in the face here on 4chan, in the form of Bitcoin threads. But apparently you knew better than every other anon, so here you are. Sorry man, I don't know what else you can do

This is reality: you are POOR, you are a LOSER, society REJECTS YOU and it's all YOUR FAULT. Otherwise you wouldn't be here.

I paid off 20k of school debt in 2 years with a 30k salary. Just be super frugal and pay off your debt in 6 years. Get food stamps and buy big bags of dry beans to make burritos. Cancel all subscriptions. Never go to restaurants/bars. Stay single. Cancel cable internet and just use your phone hotspot/tether.

As a youngfag, something I’ll never understand is how people engulf themselves in debt. Literally just don’t get the thing or service if you cannot afford it. Simple. Kek.

Dump everything you have in a promising altcoin and make it your deadman’s switch. Glhf and ggs.

yeah i've been working tech for like 5 years and it's becoming so shit now with the H1Bs and AI plus the economy is ass too

also once you get older you start to realize who you are and what you can't really do anymore. plus low iq doesn't help either when trying to increase income let alone make good future decisions

I'm just trying to maintain something stable and i guess try to chip away at the debt even though I probably can't beat cc interest rate with my income

Are they public or private? I make $80k annually and pay $200 monthly on loans. You're being ripped off. Call up your provider an get the lowest monthly amount possible.

Slash spending, everything that isn't bills, food or shelter is going to the credit card debt, then medical. You'll be in the bunker for five months and then you'll be fine. You're worried about nothing.

What part of tech? I work in tech and there are innumerable ways to upskill. Get into networking and pursue cisco certs, can easily lead to six figure incomes and it isn't terribly difficult if you can study and have some discipline.

You don't seem low IQ to me - you have self-awareness and a desire to better your life. Make a hard decision and commit yourself to getting more skills/credentials that can lead to more income. Once you have better income you can pay down debt. Look into credit utilization so that you can obtain a relatively good utilization rate that may allow credit companies to offer you balance transfers at 0%APR for extended periods.

Stop with the self-deprecation and treat yourself with respect. YGMI if you don't give up

I've been working in IT doing infrastructure and operations basically help desk shit. My area is pretty shit for tech unless you're a dev and remote work is very competitive now.

yeah maybe IT is all about devops or devsecops or similar shit today. my brain is so scattered it's hard to focus and work on delayed gratification. it's something i've always struggled with and i guess that's just life. i do plan to do a 0% balance xfer soon.

Anon, we are the creators of our own future. You need to find a way to make more money and begin planning your future.

For the lumbar disc, check out McGill Big 3. Eat a good diet and get plenty of sleep. Take a vitamin and a vitamin D tablet each day.

That debt amount isn't really that bad, I know people with $100k in credit cards bro. You'll be okay, just take a breather and plan.

Disc issue is fucking shitty... daily pain in legs and been going on for two years now. It's somewhat better than before but still is hurts. I'll probably end up getting surgery like my neuro told me -- it'll have to happen one day.

Health is more important than wealth
Do what you can to fix your back and then worry about the money, or at least pay down the CC debt fast
Can't you claim disability?

nothing will resolve the nerve being impinged other than surgery plus it's a microdiscectomy which is the gold standard in back surgery 80-90% success rate

sure it has small chance of shrinking but odds are against it

This is not necessarily true . Microdiscectomy is only efficacious if the disc is acute to aubacute . Microdiscectomies dont work on chronic discs , and lots of people find relief and resolution of symptoms without surgery. This is the reason why back pain mri is reccomended after conservative therapy for most back pain.
